Gokongwei Group's GoTyme Bank has teamed up with Cebu Pacific and Go Rewards to boost rewards points earned from flights, and give every Pinoy a way to save more for the next travel.

The all-new "Rewards Boosted" feature allows Cebu Pacific customers to earn more Go Rewards points by using a GoTyme Bank Visa Debit or Virtual Card when paying for their flights.

In an example shown by GoTyme's Head of Marketing Raymund Villanueva during the launch, GoTyme users will earn around 345.79 points by using their Visa debit or virtual card to pay for a Cebu Pacific round-trip ticket worth PHP17,289.20.

Point rates earned from the purchase may vary depending on the user's Go Rewards card or membership.

These rewards points earned, which can be monitored on GoTyme and Go Rewards apps, can be used to purchase flights and flight add-ons on Cebu Pacific.

The points can be redeemed through the "Fly with Go Rewards" tab of the Go Rewards app.

He continued, "Our GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Card is fast becoming the preferred method of payment within the Gokongwei Group of retail stores.

"We want to continue solidifying that reputation by boosting the Go Rewards points earned if you use your GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Card - both physical and virtual as the method of payment in Cebu Pacific.

"We’re also working on additional promos and rewards that will give our customers more ways to enjoy this partnership and our GoTyme Bank Virtual Visa Card."

Candice added that this rewards program also aims to encourage more Filipinos to travel.
