Ang mga successful applicants ay mabibigyan ng full tuition, monthly allowance, part-time job opportunities kapag sem break at Christmas break, at choice of specialization sa accounting, Information Technology (IT), engineering, at education.

SM FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO APPLY?
Narito ang listahan ng qualifications para sa scholarship program:
- Para ito sa mga incoming freshman students at Grade 12 graduates mula sa public at private school sa areas na covered o kaya ay Alternative Learning System (ALS) completer
- Dapat ay nakumpleto ng applicant ang Grade 10 sa isang public high school. Kung mula naman sa private high school, dapat ay may taglay itong DepEd voucher.
- Mayroong General Weighted Average (GWA) grade na 92 percent o equivalent nito pagdating sa first semester ng Grade 12
- Total household income of at most PHP250,000 per year.
- Mayroong total household income na hindi tataas sa PHP250,000 kada taon.

- Accomplished online application form
- Attachments to the online application
- Parent’s or Guardian’s Latest Income Tax Return / Certification of Non-Filing of Income / Certificate of Indigency
- Parent’s or Guardian’s Cedula
- Grade 12 report card – 1st semester
- Birth Certificate
- 2×2 ID picture
- Sketch of home to the nearest SM Mall
