The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City, USA.
Tweet ng Trinidad-born rapper-singer nitong Setyembre 14, Martes ng 5:14 a.m.: “Love u babe. I was prepping for vmas then i shot a video & guess who got COVID?
"Do u know what it is not to be able to kiss or hold your tiny baby for over a week? A baby who is only used to his mama?
"‘get vaccinated’ Drake had just told me he got covid w|THE VACCINE tho so chile"

Tweet ni Nicki ng 5:21 a.m.: “They want you to get vaccinated for the Met. if I get vaccinated it won’t for the Met. It’ll be once I feel I’ve done enough research. I’m working on that now.
"In the meantime my loves, be safe. Wear the mask with 2 strings that grips your head & face. Not that loose one.”

Pasabog ang 5:44 a.m. tweet ni Nicki, “My cousin in Trinidad won’t get the vaccine cuz his friend got it & became impotent. His testicles became swollen.
“His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding. So just pray on it & make sure you’re comfortable with ur decision, not bullied.”

Ang sabi ni Nicki: “I know babe. A lot of countries won’t let ppl work w/o the vaccine. I’d def recommend they get the vaccine. They have to feed their families. I’m sure I’ll b vaccinated as well cuz I have to go on tour, etc.”

Kabilang sa headlines ng mga balita: “Nikki Minaj Won’t Get Vaxxed, Says She’s Worried About Swollen Testicles.”
Paglilinaw ni Nicki: “Pls show me where I said I’m ‘worried about’ anything. Yes. I’m glad you guys get to see how the media REALLY works. I’ll have them contacted along with others.”

Tahasang itinanggi ni Nicki ang maging ang headlines na “Nicki Minaj says she refused to get vaccinated for the Met Gala, fans respond with research” at “Nicki Minaj says she’s skipping the Met Gala over its vaccine requirement.”
Paliwanag ni Nicki, “I cited my young child as why I didn’t want to travel. But notice how NONE of them mentioned that? Ask yourself why that was.”

He’s willing to talk for the right price. I’m his manager. Call me, Jimmy.”

Ang maganda lang is we also have Pinoys or people with Pinoy descent or blood na gumawa ng impact sa Met Gala.
Ang mga music-centered online community ang mismong nag-share ng pictures of artists Olivia Rodrigo, Saweetie, and Hailee Steinfeld and commented that there were “Filipinos” who graced the high-fashion event.
Sa mga ito, ang pinakanapansin ay si Saweetie who was said na siyang truly nag-represent ng mga Pinoy with her dress. Look at the Philippine flag colors on the right side.
