Patuloy na sinusubaybayan at pinag-uusapan ang sexual harassment complaint ni Sandro Muhlach laban sa "independent contractors" ng GMA-7 na sina Jojo Nones at Richard "Dode" Cruz.
Bukod sa naka-schedule na Senate hearing tungkol dito sa Agosto 7, 2024, Miyerkules, nakatakda na ring dinggin ang isinampang reklamo ni Sandro sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa darating na Biyernes, Agosto 9.

SUBPOENA FOR NONES AND CRUZ
Ayon sa legal counsel nina Nones at Cruz na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, nakatanggap na sila ng subpoena mula sa Public Corruption Division ng NBI na kailangan nilang umapir sa August 9.
Dagdag na text ni Atty. Maggie sa PEP Troika, “I just don’t know why it was the public corruption division of the NBI handling the investigation when none of the respondents are public officers/officials.
“But at any rate, we will attend the hearing on that day to get the copy of the complaint and will submit our answer accordingly.”
Sinabi rin sa amin ni Atty. Maggie na hindi dadalo sina Nones at Cruz sa Senate hearing bukas.

Sa pagkakaalam din ng PEP Troika, si Atty. Maggie lang ang dadalo sa NBI sa Biyernes. Kukunin lang daw niya ang complaint na isinampa sa NBI.
Ani Atty. Maggie, “Sa Friday, lawyer lang po to get copy of the complaint sa NBI so we would know what specifically are the allegations of Mr. Muhlach before the NBI and we can file the counter affidavit.”
Pati sa Senate hearing ay hindi naman daw kailangang dumalo ang dalawa niyang kliyente.
Sabi ni Atty. Maggie sa PEP Troika, “I will not be in Manila tomorrow but as regards my clients, they will not attend.
“The Senate’s ‘invitation’ is for them to attend and join in the discussion on the ‘Policies of Television Networks and Artist Management Agencies in Relation to Complaints of Abuse and Harassment.’
“This is the topic for tomorrow’s hearing. So, basically, the senate will discuss on the policies of TV networks and talent agencies on handling complaints.
“Our clients are not an employee of GMA Network or Sparkle artist management agency therefore they do not have personal knowledge of the policies of said network and talent agency.
“Most importantly, they are respondents in a criminal case filed against them by Mr. Sandro Muhlach which is currently being investigated by NBI.
“They might be questioned on the facts of the pending case during the hearing in the Senate which may be tantamount to cross examination during trial of the case, which usually happens to an accused in court when our client have not even been indicted before the prosecutor’s office for alleged sexual abuse being filed by Mr. Muhlach.
“At any rate, as I said, Criminal investigation has already been conducted with regard to the case of our clients. We will follow the criminal procedure.”

Nakaka-tumbling a la Carlos Yulo ang mga tsika-tsikang nakarating sa PEP Troika kaugnay sa isyu ni Sandro Muhlach at ng dalawang independent contractors ng Kapuso Network.

Dumulog din ang kampo ni Sandro sa NBI, at iimbestigahan din ang isyu sa Senate.
