On Sandro's part, he had always wanted to be the son worthy of his father's approval.

Additionally, Sandro’s stepmother Diane shared a lengthy post, expressing their family's devastation over the alleged incident.
She opened the caption with (published as is): "PINALAKI AT ININGATAN NAMING MABUTI ANG AMING MGA ANAK NA PUNO NG PAGMAMAHAL AT PAG AARUGA TAPOS WAWALANG HIYAIN LANG NG MGA KUNG SINONG TAO NA NILAMON NG KADEMONYOHAN SA KATAWAN PARA MAGAWA YUNG GANUNG KLASENG KABABUYAN!"
Her post ended with the hashtag #JUSTICESHOULDPREVAIL.
Though the couple didn't mention Sandro in their posts, #JusticeForSandro quickly became a trending topic on social media.
