Napanood namin ang The Secret Agent kahapon, Enero 22, 2026, Huwebess, a Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City, bilang bahagi ng Cinema Prive special screening na handog ng Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP).
NEW CINEMATHEQUE OPENING
“Juanflix will be fully operational and the app, that way you can watch this film on your tablets and on your phones.
“And secondly, by the end of next month, finally but finally too, we are launching, we are opening the new Cinematheque at the Philippine Heritage Building [in Intramuros, Manila].
“And part of the launch will be a special screening of Jun Lana’s Sisa starring Hilda Koronel.”

“Humahanap kami ng ibang mga LGUs who are willing to donate venues where we can build the Cinematheque there,” sey ni Direk Joey.
Umaasam silang magkaroon din ng Cinematheque Center sa Dumaguete City sa Negros Oriental, at Cagayan de Oro City sa Misamis Oriental.
“Kailangan namin ng LGUs na mag-donate… Ang bigger problem right now is iyung budget cut namin,” pagsisiwalat ni Direk Joey.
“Kasi, lahat naman, na-cut, e, ang budget. So, ang mission ko ngayon is to be able to raise so much money, OK, in order to be able for us to continue our education programs, and to build these Cinematheques.
“Kasi, each Cinematheque cost about twelve to twenty million pesos, depende sa ano.”

NOEL FERRER
“Napakarami niyang ginagawa! At hindi ko naman siya puwedeng iistorbo para, you know, to talk movies, hindi ba?
“But we really badly need yung magsa-sign na kami ng aming deal with the DILG…
Super-super kulang!
Asian Film Alliance Network.
“Magpupunta ang representatives of eight film councils. Tayo ang host country.
“At kasabay nun, eight filmmakers from each of these countries, ipapalabas namin yung mga pelikula ng young filmmakers dito, and they will interact with one another.
“Para sa amin, importante iyon — to create alliances. That’s why pagpunta namin sa Berlin sa February, bahagi doon is to plan that big Asian film camp na gaganapin sa November.”
