Vivoree was born on August 3, 2000, the eldest of three siblings, Her brother, Celestine Niño or CN, is 19, and her sister, Niña Angela, is 11. Their parents are Jun Esclito, a seaman, and Tetchie Esclito, a teacher.

Having survived the risk of fatal birth at seven months, Vivoree was given the name Vivoree from the word "Survivore" by her parents.

In her interview with Magandang Buhay in November 2016, she told the hosts Karla Estrada, Melai Cantiveros, and Jolina Magdangal, "Premature baby po ako and then sabi po ng doctor kay mama, wala na pong chance. Like pag ipapanganak po ako, wala na talaga."

Vivoree spent most of her childhood in Davao Oriental, her father's hometown, until her family decided to move back to Bohol and stay in the Municipality of Loon.

Asked to describe her life before she joined showbiz, Vivoree told the Magandang Buhay hosts, "Simple lang po. Every day, nag-aaral. Every weekends nasa bahay lang, nakakulong, kasi yung school po namin, nasa city and nakatira po kami sa... like one-hour away."

Being the eldest, Vivoree had to grow up fast to help take care of her younger brother and sister while their parents went to work.

She said, "Palagi po kaming nag-aaway pero suportado po namin yung isa't isa."

Vivoree finished her elementary education at the Holy Name University in Tagbilaran City, where her mom teaches in the grade school department.

She was in high school at the Tagbilaran City Science High School when her studies were interrupted in 2016 because she was among those chosen to enter the Pinoy Big Broher house.

Currently, Vivoree is staying in Quezon City with a cousin of her mom.

She said in Magandang Buhay, "Ngayon po kasi, kasama ko yung pinsan ni mama, si Ate Jessa. So siya yung laging kong kasama sa condo. Naka-condo lang kasi kami.

"And yung family ko naman po, siyempre, kasi sina mama and yung dalawa kong kapatid, nasa Bohol lang po sila because of school and work. Si mama, teacher.

"And then yung papa ko, nasa barko so malayo talaga siya and minsan lang siya nakakapag-usap sa amin.

"So bale yung communication namin siyempre is video calls, yung mga tawag, at saka may group chat kami sa messenger, so ayun yung ano namin, way of bonding namin.

"Lagi pa rin naman akong ginagabayan ni Mama lalo kasi siya yung mas available."

Vivoree's showbiz career started when she became part of Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7 and was dubbed the "Go-Getter Girl Ng Bohol."

She finished 6th among the teen housemates and 21st overall.

In her interview with Tonight With Boy Abunda in August 2016, Vivore was asked what inspired her to audition for the reality show.

"And then parang nagtagal po, na-realize ko na I'm doing this for something and not just for nothing, and that dream is maybe siguro yung pumasok sa bahay ni Kuya."

Vivoree's start in showbiz had been slow, her projects few and far between a year after her PBB stint.

In 2017, she only appeared in three ABS-CBN shows, in ASAP, Ipaglaban Mo, and Maalaala Mo Kaya.

But in 2018, Vivoree starred in her first afternoon teleserye as Charie Tamayo in Asintado. Later in the year, she starred in her first prime-time drama series Since I Found You, where she played the role of AJ Punzalan. In both series, she was paired with Hashtags member Charles Kieron aka CK.

Vivoree also co-starred in two movies: Petmalu and Otlum.

Despite her career picking up, however, Vivoree was for a time plagued by self-doubt.

To overcome her insecurity, she resolved to fight her way through the cutthroat environment of showbiz simply by doing her best.

In her eyeCandy feature, she told, "'Pag wala akong mga projects, iyon talaga ang lowest point ko sa career ko, but I don’t take it as a disadvantage.

"I actually use it as a learning process. Gusto ko na pag wala akong ginagawa when it comes to work, gusto ko na mas ma-hone pa ang skills ko.

"Gawin ang best ko, para ma-improve pa yung sarili ko."

In 2019, her biggest project was Killer Bride, where she and CK continued their onscreen tandem.

By this time, Vivoree and CK also released their music singles, "May Tama Ka" and "Laro."

In February 2020, Vivoree was among the first batch of young talents launched under Rise Artist Studio, the talent management arm of ABS-CBN Films in collaboration with Star Magic and Star Hunt.

Her batchmates were Anthony Jennings, Arielle Roces, Belle Mariano, Charlie Dizon, CJ Salonga, Daniela Stranner, Gillian Vicencio, Jeremiah Lisbo, Markus Paterson, Patrick Quiroz, Kaori Oinuma, and Rhys Miguel.

During the pandemic, Vivoree starred as Kookai Yambao in the boy love series Hello, Stranger, produced by Black Sheep Productions.

In February 2021, she reprised her role as Kookai in the movie's sequel titled Hello Stranger: The Movie.

Vivoree has been romantically linked to her love-team partners since she joined showbiz; however, she hasn't said anything about being in a relationship.

During her days inside the Pinoy Big Brother house, Vivoree's fellow teen housemate Marco Gallo admitted to liking her.

I want to know you even if I get out this week."

Their tandem, however, did not last long as Marco would then be paired with another teen housemate, Kisses Delavin.

When Vivoree and CK were paired in several TV projects in 2018, their love team was called "KierVi."

In the Tonight With Boy Abunda interview, CK answered, "Darating po kami dun, Tito Boy," when asked if he was courting Vivoree,

Asked the same question in their Gandang Gabi Vice appearance in May 2019 about CK courting her, Vivoree said, "Hindi po, friends."

Currently, Vivoree is being paired with Patrick Quiroz, her love-team partner in Hello, Stranger. Their tandem has been dubbed "PatVoree" by fans.

In their interview with Magandang Buhay in November 2020, they said their onscreen chemistry started when they appeared on the digital talk show #WeRiseTogether in April 2020.

Patrick recalled, "Si DJ Jai Ho talaga yung nagsimula nito."

Vivoree added, "Ayun nakita ng mga fans and then Hello, Stranger happened. After Hello, Stranger, dun na po nagsunud-sunod yung mga projects, thankfully."
