Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo aren't really fond of big events, that's why they opted for a low-key civil wedding ceremony.
The Kapuso power couple surprised their fans on Monday, November 15, 2021, as their intimate wedding made headlines.
The couple's strictly-friends-and-family event was held at Kathryn Bernardo's TGIS Studio in Quezon City.
Here are the wedding details you may have missed, which they themselves revealed in their YouTube vlog dated November 20, 2021.

THE BRIDE

The Kapuso actress kept her accessories to a minimum, wearing only a pair of diamond earrings from Love Rocks Jewelry.
Jennylyn also wore a pair of Amina Muaddi Rosie glass slingback heels.
For her bridal beauty look, her hairstylist Bianca Anne Vergara created those loose waves on Jennylyn's hair. Meanwhile, makeup artist Anthea Bueno went for a minimal beauty look to highlight Jennylyn's flawless beauty.

She completed her bridal look with a bouquet of white flowers and succulents, prepared by event stylist Gary Dacanay.
THE GROOM
Dennis matched Jennylyn's bridal look with his all-white suit designed by Edwin Tan.
Both Dennis and Jennylyn were styled by AJ Alberto and Christopher Ian Vinarao.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, Dennis expressed his gratitude towards his suit designer and their stylist for helping them prepare for their wedding.
Dennis wrote, "Maraming Salamat kay @edwintan_ph para sa aking suit at thank you din sa pag aasikaso sa amin @ajalberto at @iancovinarao [emoji] #forevernahosijenatden"

THE RINGS
Dennis got Jennylyn's diamond engagement ring from Radiant Jewelry by Happy Marnique and Alyana Asistio.
In an Instagram post, Happy and Alyana congratulated the couple and thanked them for the trust in finding the perfect engagement ring for Jennylyn.
Happy and Alyana wrote on their business' Instagram page, "In an Instagram post, Congratulations @mercadojenny @dennistrillo [emoji]
"Thank you for trusting us in making your engagement ring [emoji] best wishes!! We are happy and privileged to be part of your Journey [emoji] We Love you! [emoji] #jenden #afterall #forevernahosijenatden."
Meanwhile, Sep Vergara customized the couple's wedding rings: an eternity ring with emerald cut diamonds for the bride and a plain ring for the groom, both set in platinum.
THE CEREMONY AND THE GUESTS
The couple's wedding ceremony lasted for about an hour at the gazebo area of TGIS Studio.

The couple invited only their closest friends and family members.
Of course, their 13-year-old sons Alex Jazz and Calix were present at their wedding.
Alex Jazz is Jennylyn's son with former boyfriend Patrick Garcia, while Calix is Dennis' son with former partner Carlene Aguilar.

Here is the couple with Dennis' family and relatives including his parents Abelardo Leslie and Rita Ho, his sister Kissel Ho and her husband Mark Dee.

Jennylyn's manager Becky Aguila and her daughter Katrina also attended the couple's wedding. In a Facebook post, Katrina recalled her mom's touching moment with Jennylyn, whom Becky considers as her "panganay."
Katrina wrote, "It was the first time I saw @becky_aguila cry after such a long time. Sabi nga niya nung papunta kami sa venue 'Kat alalayan mo ko, hindi ko alam kung anong mangyayari once I see Jen.'
"She was very nervous and happy because her panganay was finally getting married and is about to be a mom again.
"@mercadojenny will always have a special place in ma’s heart. Like what ma said on our way home, 'Kat hindi ko napigilang hindi umiyak… anak ko yan eh.'
"Jen deserves the world and I am happy that she is getting the family she hoped and prayed for”. Congratulations again to the newlyweds @mercadojenny @dennistrillo! [emoji]"
THE VENUE
In their vlog, Dennis and Jennylyn said they wanted a no-fuss, no-frills wedding, the kind that would instantly bring back good memories years from now.
The couple's civil wedding is simple, but event stylist Gary Dacanay worked his magic and transformed the studio into a dainty wedding reception area.
Jennylyn thanked Gary for going the extra mile in removing the pollen from the flowers since she's allergic to it.
Jennylyn said in their vlog, "Kasi allergic po ako sa bulaklak, so yung effort niya na tanggalin ang bawat pollen ng bulaklak, e ang hirap po nun kasi napakaraming bulaklak na nandun.
"So talagang tinaggalan niya lahat... Na-appreciate po namin yun, thank you."

Jennylyn and Dennis treated their loved ones to a seven-course meal prepared by Juan Carlo Catering.

Meanwhile, the couple's two-layer floral-themed cake was made by Audrey's Pastries.

They had another cake from Doughmestic Botanicakes, which the couple used for their baby's gender reveal, held during their wedding reception.

Guests also enjoyed desserts from Kuya Crepes.

Drinks were provided by Manila Craft.

Aside from Juan Carlo, Purple Wok prepped breakfast and lunch meals for Jennylyn and Dennis. Their wedding's audio requirements were provided by LST Sound Mobile.
Meanwhile, Pat Dy and Nelwyn Uy of Team Pat Dy were the couple's official wedding photographers. Nice Print Photography was in charge of the couple's wedding video.
