Janella Salvador is a step closer to her postpartum weight goal, just ten months after giving birth to her son Jude.
In an Instagram post on Monday, July 12, 2021, the 23-year-old Kapamilya actress uploaded two photos on Instagram where she is seen proudly flaunting her "mom bod."
In her caption, the celebrity mom said she's still 13 pounds away from her weight goal. But she's very proud of the progress she has been making.
She wrote, "I was thinking if I should post this or not because i’m not yet where I want to be in terms of my postpartum weight-loss goals and I still have 13 pounds to go. But why not? I’m proud of my progress. Let’s go, momma [emoji]"

Janella rarely posts about her workout routine on Instagram, but based on her news feed, she started in early June. The Star Magic talent has been doing a lot of cardio workouts at her home gym.
In an Instagram post on June 11, 2021, she wrote, "I always have to remind myself to be proud of the progress I make everyday, no matter how little.
"I am proud of myself for getting up with a happy heart everyday despite the lack of sleep, making time to strengthen my body and making healthier food choices while taking care of a clingy baby.

In the comments section, Janella's boyfriend Markus Patterson cheered her on,
Markus wrote, "that’s my GIRL. Proud of you forever. [heart emoji]"
Janella's celebrity friends also left encouraging comments.
Anne Curtis, who is also a first-time mom, told Janella, "You look amazing [heart emoji]"

Janella gave birth to Baby Jude in October 2020. She and Markus welcomed their baby at a hospital in United Kingdom.
The couple kept the pregnancy a secret until they officially announced it through a YouTube vlog in January 2021.
