Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz now owns a condo unit in Eastwood City.
Hidilyn has received the PHP14-million property as a gift from business tycoon Dr. Andrew L. Tan and Megaworld Corporation for winning the country's first-ever gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
On Monday, August 9, 2021, Kevin Tan, the real-estate company's chief strategy officer, led the turnover of the fully furnished two-bedroom condo unit to the 30-year-old weightlifter.
Tan said in a statement on the company's official website, "All that Hidilyn and her family need to do is just bring their clothes and other personal effects, and they are good to stay in the unit.
"She has brought so much pride to our country and she deserves all these rewards for her hard work in raising our flag so high in the Tokyo Olympics."
The interior of Hidilyn's unit was curated by the Megaworld's in-house designers.

Another special gift that Tan handed over to Hidilyn was the charcoal painting by 21-year-old fine arts student John Ken Gomez.
It shows Hidilyn's winning moment in the Olympics.

The master's bedroom also has the modern contemporary theme.

The condominium's luxurious amenities include the sky gardens, the badminton court at the roof deck, a lap pool with pool seat jets, a paved sunbathing lounge and seating area, and a bar with an indoor and outdoor lounge.

Hidilyn received the condo unit two days after she received her golden Kia Stonic car.
Last week, Hidilyn received the PHP10,000,000 cash incentive from the MVP Sports Foundation as well as the PHP3,000,000 pledge from Deputy Speaker Mikee Romero.
The Pinay Olympian is expected to receive a total of PHP55.5M both from the local and private sectors. She will also receive a brand new motorbike, a van, free flights, food, and milk tea for life, a fast-food franchise.
