Julia Barretto
After two successful films with on-screen partner Joshua Garcia, Julia began the construction of her dream home last October 2017.
In an Instagram post, the Ngayon at Kailanman star was thankful for "another answered prayer."
She said, "This is still so surreal to me."
Early this year, Julia showed off the first floor of her soon-to-be home.
She wrote on the caption, "It's getting real... [heart emoji]"
In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) last November 2017, Julia revealed that her future home is located near her family home.
This way, she can always join the family for dinner.

Rocco Nacino
The Kapuso actor began the year filled with optimism as he stood across the lot of his future home in Antipolo, Rizal.
He captioned, "This 2018, everything that I will be working for will be focused unto this piece of lot, where my dream house will stand.
"A new goal for the next 2 years, and looking forward to all the projects I’ll be doing in order to achieve this next goal of mine.
"Thank you Lord for the abundant blessings! Time to get grinding! Welcome, 2018! "
On April 18, construction of his new home has begun.
By August 1, construction was 30 percent complete.
He wrote, "Basking in God’s light and comfort knowing that I will be able to complete this dream project of mine.
"Thank you Lord for always providing, anything is doable with You by our side. "
In an short interview with PEP.ph last September 27, the Pamilya Roces actor revealed that it took him three years to save up for his dream home.
He bought the lot in 2015.
Describing his future home, Rocco said, "It's very relaxing. It sits on top of a hill in Antipolo so it has a beautiful view of Ortigas.
"I have a lot of balconies. It has a lot of glass so the sun can just come in and make everything beautiful."

Zsa Zsa Padilla and Conrad Onglao
The Divine Diva was thrilled to share on Instagram that she and her fiance have finally begun construction of their dream farmhouse in Quezon.
She captioned, "We are also building ponds along the property and can’t wait to show you when it’s finished.
"I want to take a picture at this very spot when it’s done, hopefully by next year."
The lot was an "untamed land" but they relied on their gut feel and bought it.
Zsa Zsa then said in the comment section that they might build another farmhouse in Palawan.

Loisa Andalio
The Kapamilya star gave her Instagram followers a peek of her next home last September 9.
She simply captioned her feed, "Thank you Lord God [red heart emoji] [house emoji]

"Dito napupunta mga puyat at pagod ng mga labada ko," the singer-comedienne wrote on her Instagram post, which showed the ongoing construction of her new home.
"Konting sipag pa at labada pa more," she added. "Thank you Lord!"
