Lt. Col. Johnny Thompson, King Charles' kilt-clad assistant, stole the spotlight from the main event because of his good looks that had many people, including devoted royal enthusiasts, swooning.

1. His full name is Jonathan Thompson. According to the British tabloid Daily Mail, he is 39 years old.
2. Lt. Col. Thompson has been working with the royal family for years.
He has been a member of the 5th Battalion Royal Regiment of Scotland since 2006, and previously was one of Queen Elizabeth's most senior bodyguards.
As an equerry, Lt. Col. Thompson holds the vital role of giving assistance to members of the royal family, most especially King Charles.
