In a delightful and creative reveal, the Arellano family danced to Lou Bega's iconic tune Mambo No. 5 (A Little Bit Of...), confirming that Iya is pregnant with their fifth child.
The video featured Drew and Iya grooving to the catchy beat while singing, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is Mambo Number Five. One, two, three, four, five."
As the lyrics counted up, each of the Arellano children held up their fingers to match the numbers in the song.
The climax of the video came when, for the number five, a clip from an ultrasound session was shown, revealing the baby with its hand outstretched, perfectly signaling the number five.
At present, the pair is already parents to four children: Antonio Primo, 7; Alonzo Leon, 5; Alana Lauren, 3, and Astro Phoenix, who was born two years ago on June 4, 2022.

DREW AND IYA TEASE HINTS AT WANTING BABY NO. 5
On January 17, 2023, Drew and Iya surprised fans on Instagram when they teased on video about having a fifth baby.
In the consecutive joint Instagram reels they posted, Iya and Drew dubbed his and her versions of the iconic line of George Clooney's character Danny Ocean in the movie Ocean's Eleven.
The audio is as follows:
"Do you think we need one more?"
"Do you think we need one more?"
"Alright, we'll get one more."
In the first version, Iya was the one raising the idea to her hubb, with Drew looking nervous.

In the second version, Drew gave his wife a suggestive look as he uttered the line to which Iya responded rather excitedly.

DREW'S PLAN TO GET A VASECTOMY
This tease came before Drew's interview with Boy Abunda in an episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on June 29, 2023.
In the show, he playfully mentioned in his birthday message to Iya his plan of getting a vasectomy,
A vasectomy is a minor surgical procedure that serves as a form of male birth control by preventing sperm from leaving the body.
The host of Biyahe ni Drew said, "You're the best mother to all the kids, and, uh, I will do my vasectomy soon," which elicited laughter from Iya.
Caught off guard, Boy asked if that was a joke.
With Iya at his side, Drew firmly said, "No, that's the plan. That's our plan."
Boy's prying question about stopping at four children prodded Iya to quip, "Let's see. Until he gets it done, we never know, right?"
She added, mischievously, "Hindi naman bukas yung schedule, di ba?"
According to Drew during an earlier guesting on the Surprise Guest with Pia Arcangel podcast, that their original plan was to have two kids—a boy and a girl.
He said, "I think we were aiming for one muna and then the second one, kung naging girl si Leon, I think that would've been it, you know? Primo and Leona. Okay na."
That was wishful thinking more than a plan as the only possible way to choose the gender of the baby is through in vitro fertilization (IVF).
As it turned out, the Kapuso couple's firstborn was a boy, and their second child was also a boy.
They decided to try for a third baby, hoping for a daughter to complete their family.
Drew explained to Pia Arcangel, "Well, naging lalaki nga, so parang sabi namin, 'Let's try another one.' Kung babae, ok na. So, we thought yun na yun."
Their desire for a girl led them to a unique decision. During their third pregnancy, they chose not to know the gender ahead of time.
The third baby turned out to be a baby girl named Alana.
But in 2022, two years after welcoming their unica hija, Iya gave birth to a baby boy.
