Kapuso actor Rocco Nacino and former volleyball star Melissa Gohing welcomed their second child, Elyon Azriel Gohing Nacino, on March 3, 2026.
Rocco announced the joyful news via Instagram on Monday, March 9, 2026, sharing their first snapshots as a family of four.
"Meet the new love of our lives," Rocco wrote in the caption of his post.
He continued, "On 3-3-2026, we welcomed to the outside world, Elyon Azriel Gohing Nacino. Now we are 4."
Rocco further revealed in his caption that Melissa gave birth at The Medical City, noting that investing in a deluxe room proved worthwhile—especially since Melissa delivered via cesarean section.
The added space and comfort provided a more conducive environment for her recovery.
Rocco wrote: "Made the necessary preparations for this delivery and invested in a deluxe room at @themedicalcity for more space and comfort para conducive to healing si mommy Melissa.
"Good job mommy @gohingmelissa, now to focus on your healing!"
As a licensed nurse, Rocco also expressed his gratitude to the hospital staff for refreshing his skills in maternity and child nursing, including proper post-cesarean car—knowledge he put to use while supporting Melissa throughout her recovery.
Rocco said: "Have to give thanks to all the staff of TMC for reviewing me on maternity and child nursing and the proper techniques on assisting mel after her CS operation. We also celebrate your giving birth day, proud of you momma!
"And of course to our team of doctors, Dra Mia Saludares (OB), Dra Glenice Nocom Fong (Anes), and Dra Angel Tinga (Pedia) for taking care of us all the way!"
Toward the end of his caption, Rocco also expressed his appreciation for Cuddle Bunny Photography, which captured the family's special moments.
In his words: "No stress on Daddy to prepare all the cameras, kasama na ang daddy sa photos [emojis] What a day this was. Hello our Fire Horse, Blood moon baby boy!!"
