Ayon sa mga ulat, si Kim Seon Ho ang nagsisilbing CEO (Chief Executive Officer), habang ang kanyang mga magulang naman ang umano’y director at auditor ng nasabing “one-person corporation.”
May mga alegasyon ding nagsasabi na maaaring itinayo ni Kim ang nasabing kumpanya para mabawasan umano ang kanyang binabayarang buwis—bagay na mariing itinanggi ng Fantagio.

"Going forward, we will continue to strictly comply with all relevant laws and procedures in every aspect of our activities, and we will do our utmost to ensure that the actor’s career can proceed without unnecessary misunderstandings."
CHA EUN WOO’S TAX EVASION CONTROVERSY
