Singer-songwriter Ejae is now married to her longtime partner, music producer and composer Samuel Kim, also known as Sam Kim.
The couple tied the knot on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Seoul, South Korea.
Ejae shared photos from their wedding on Instagram on Tuesday, October 20, with the caption, “Serendipitous day with the love of my life [ring emoji] 10.17.26 [red heart emoji].”

The ceremony took place at Stage 28 in Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, on the former site of the home of Ejae’s maternal grandfather, veteran actor Shin Young Kyun.
The venue holds childhood memories for Ejae and is closely tied to her family. In fact, her brother also held his wedding there.
According to several reports, the wedding festivities began with a traditional paebaek ceremony, during which the couple wore three different sets of traditional Korean wedding attire.

The paebaek is a traditional Korean post-wedding ritual in which newlyweds bow to their elders to show respect and receive their blessings for a happy marriage and a prosperous family life.
Andrew Choi, the singing voice of Jinu in KPop Demon Hunters and a close friend of the couple, officiated the ceremony.
Also in attendance were Rei Ami and Audrey Nuna, who provided the singing voices of HUNTR/X members Zoey and Mira, respectively.

Ejae and Sam first met in 2017 during a songwriting session and eventually developed a romantic relationship.
