Sarah Lahbati is officially Mrs. Richard Gutierrez.
A day before the Metro Manila community quarantine, Sarah, 26, and Richard, 36, surprised showbiz fans by proceeding with their wedding ceremony.
The supposed grand occasion, expected to be attended by three Philippine presidents, became an intimate event amongst family and friends.
The newlyweds write in their respective Instagram posts (published as is):
"i have you.
"and it's enough.
"it's everything.
"Thank you, Lord for today."
Their dream wedding celebration is still good to go. It has just been set for a later date.
"The gathering to celebrate with our loved ones will have to wait because we care more about everyone's safety and health," their matched Instagram captions read.
Sarah and Richard initially announced the postponement of their wedding on March 12, the same day President Rodrigo Duterte declared Code Red Sublevel 2 in the country because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
The couple have two sons: Zion and Kai.
