The two celebrities have long been rumored to be a couple, but neither of them has confirmed or denied their status.
KC and Apl, whose real name is Allan Pineda, were last spotted on a dinner date last July 2021 in a Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles.
Earlier in the year, they were sighted in El Nido, Palawan where they seemed to have had their New Year celebration.
Speculations about their romance began in late 2019.
