Kahapon, December 11, 2021, binati ni Barbie si Diego sa pamamagitan ng isang appreciation post sa Instagram.
Ayon kay Barbie, hindi raw tumigil si Diego na ipakita sa kanya kung gaano siya kamahal nito.
Saad niya (published as is), “Happy first anniversary, mahal! Since the day we met you’ve never stopped showing me how much you love me, how much you care for me.
“I am so thankful for you. You know how to make me happy (and make me bwisit loool). I am thankful for when you cook food for me, when you surprise me, when you feed me burgers & fries, your gifts and all the random ways you shower me with love.”
Pero ayon kay Barbie, ang “best thing” daw na nagawa ni Diego para sa kanya ay turuan siyang mas mahalin ang kanyang sarili.
Marami rin daw naiturong mahahalagang bagay si Diego na siya lang ang nakagawa kay Barbie.
Patuloy ni Barbie, “I think the best thing you’ve ever done is teach me how to love myself more. You taught me so many things in life that no one has ever told me about. You taught me how to be strong. How to be okay even when I’m alone.

THE FIRST TIME THEY WENT PUBLIC
January 1, 2021 nang unang ilantad nina Diego at Barbie ang kanilang relasyon.
Si Diego mismo ang nagsapubliko nito nang mag-post siya sa Instagram ng litrato nila ni Barbie.
Sa kanyang caption, inihayag ni Diego na bago natapos ang taong 2020 ay binigyang-kulay ni Barbie ang kanyang buhay.
Kalakip nito ang litrato nilang magkayakap sa tabing-dagat sa Bohol.
Sabi ni Diego, "Happy new year to us [heart emoji] thanks for making the end of my 2020 memorable. Let's gooo 2021!! :)"
