ABS-CBN has released the list of its offerings on TV, cinema, and streaming for 2022.
The network's 2022 campaign dubbed “Hakbang sa 2022” plugging its new shows was shown during its 2021 Christmas Special that aired on December 18, 2021.
TV PROGRAMS
ABS-CBN welcomes 2022 with seven new shows, which will be shown on ABS-CBN’s new broadcast platforms: Kapamilya Channel on Cable, Kapamilya Online Live and iWantTFC online, and A2Z Channel 11 and TV5 on free TV.
First is the comeback of its singing game show, I Can See You, with Luis Manzano still hosting the program.
Based on the plug, it will begin airing on January 8 and 9 via ABS-CBN’s Yes Weekend blocks on its broadcast platforms, except TV5.

The opening salvo of ABS-CBN Primetime Bida for 2022 is the Philippine adaptation of BBC’s Doctor Foster titled The Broken Marriage Vow.
The series follows the story of a wronged wife Jill Ilustre (Jodi Sta. Maria) out to wreck the lives of her husband, David Ilustre (Zanjoe Marudo), and his mistress, Lexy Lucero (Sue Ramirez).
The Broken Marriage Vow, produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and directed by Connie Macatuno and Andoy Ranay, is scheduled to air in January 2022 on all ABS-CBN platforms.

ABS-CBN has been plugging the return of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla to prime time TV since 2020, without announcing any actual project.
Finally, in the latter of 2021, it was revealed that the love team Kathniel has started taping for their comeback vehicle, 2 Good 2 Be True, a romantic-comedy series directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar.
The following snapshots show the opening scenes with the characters of Kathryn and Daniel crossing paths at a hotel lobby.
He passes by, not noticing her who follows him with admiring eyes.
She sneezes, somehow loses her balance, and finally gets the attention of the handsome stranger who catches her as she is about to fall.
He tells her, looking into her eyes, “Basta walang sisihan ‘pag na-in love ka kakatingin mo.”
Then forward to scenes showing the dramatic progress of the story.




The first trailer of Jane de Leon's Darna, now officially titled Mars Ravelo's Darna, encapsulates the transformation of a simple lass Narda (Jane) into superwoman Darna after her mother (Iza Calzado) passes the magic stone to her.
Joshua Garcia plays the police officer who enters Darna's life as trainer and love interest.
Janella Salvador is Valentina, Narda's friend who turns into her antagonist.
Says Narda in the teaser, “Ang pinakamalaking kasalanan daw ay may kakayahan kang tumulong pero wala ka namang ginawa.”
The teaser ends with Jane’s voice screaming Darna!. She has yet to be seen in costume.




Real-life couple Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte will be seen in Love In 40 Days, their first teleserye as a love team.

Piolo Pascual and Angelica Panganiban are also set to top-bill a romantic-comedy series titled My Papa Pi, directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.

ABS-CBN has also announced two projects in the offing to be top-billed by Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil—an upcoming teleserye and a Star Cinema movie titled The Break-Up Trip.
IWANT TFC SHOWS
ABS-CBN’s streaming platform, iWant TFC, has already announced its lineup for 2022.
This includes F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers, a Thai version of the hit series Meteor Garden, and the musical series Lyric and Beat to be headlined by Seth Fedelin and Andrea Brillantes.
Joining Seth and Andrea in the show are Darren Espanto, AC Bonifacio, Sheena Belarmino, Angela Ken, and Jeremy Glinoga.

Lovi Poe and Janine Gutierrez will team up in Sleep With Me, while Francine Diaz headlines Bola Bola with BGYO member Akira Morishita.

The mother-and-daughter tandem of Sylvia Sanchez and Ria Atayde are together in the series Misis Piggy.

Vivoree, JC Alcantara, Belle Mariano, Jane Oineza, and Elmo Magalona headline separate episodes of the third season of Click, Like, Share.

Angelica Panganiban, Maris Racal, Barbie Imperial, Loisa Andalio, and Elisse Joson are the lead stars of The Goodbye Girl.

Star Creatives, meanwhile, launches a new youth-oriented iWant TFC series titled Tara G starring JC Alcantara, Kaori Oinuma, Daniela Stranner, Anthony Jennings, CJ Salonga, and Vivoree.

Lastly, the barkada of He’s Into Her headlined by Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano are set to return for its second season in 2022.
