Sinagot ni Regine Velasquez ang tweet ng isang netizen kung saan sinisi nito ang asawa niyang si Ogie Alcasid na hindi raw siya nasalo noong nahulog ito.
Ayon kay Ogie, nawalan ng balanse si Regine habang nagsasalita sila sa gitna ng kanilang performance para sa kaarawan ng kaibigang si Jhong Hilario.
Sabi ni Ogie, "Ty lord!!! Glad wifey is safe. She lost her balance while we were doing a spiel during a performance for the bday of the Father of @jhongsample she is ok and safe."
Diskumpiyado naman dito ang nakasagutang netizen ni Regine.
Tweet ng nasabing netizen kahapon, October 5, mabagal daw kumilos si Ogie kaya hindi nasalo ang Asia's Songbird.
Sunud-sunod na tweet nito (published as is), “no one's putting the blame on him, ang amin lang is it should've been avoided if he was fast enough to catch him.

FALSE RUMOR ABOUT THE COUPLE
Ang tinutukoy ni Regine ay ang mga intriga noong nakaraang June 2022 kung saan “on the rocks” na raw ang kanilang pagsasama ni Ogie.
Na pinabulaanan din naman ng singer-comedian. Sabi pa ni Ogie sa kanyang tweet noong June 13, “I have read some tweets about my wife and I having marital problems.
"For the record, wifey and I are so much in love and there has not been a day where that love has for each has ever diminished.”
