Gaganapin ang preliminary competition sa November 15, 2023 at 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. Central Standard Time or CST (November 16, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. sa Pilipinas). Parte ng event na ito ang swimsuit at evening gown segments.
Idadaos naman ang National Costume show sa November 16, 2023 at 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. Central Standard Time or CST (November 17, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. sa Pilipinas).
