Dismayado si Miss Universe 2023 first runner-up Anntonia Porsild ng Thailand na hindi nakapasok sa Top 5 ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Michelle Marquez Dee.
Nagkaroon ng magandang pagkakaibigan sina Anntonia at Michelle kahit sandali lamang silang nagkasama sa El Salvador kung saan idinaos ang grand coronation ng 72nd Miss Universe nitong November 19, 2023.
Hanggang Top 10 lamang si Michelle habang si Anntonia ay umusad hanggang sa Top 3.

Sabi ni Anntonia sa kanyang Instagram live, “I really wish she was standing there next to me in the Top 5.
“I knew that she was so ready for it. And she really did deserve to be there as well.
"I mean, I feel like all, everyone is deserving, to be honest.
"It’s just unlucky I guess because the judges, it’s in their hands, you know, but all of the judges are super sweet.”

Isa sa mga hurado ng final show ng pageant ay ang Somali-American model na si Halima Aden.
Dagdag ni Anntonia, “Halima is so, so nice. She came up to me after the competition and wished me luck, and she was so sweet.
“You know, a lot of the time, judges don’t have to come up to the contestsnts and you know, talk to them.
“She came up to me and talk to me and it felt really nice.”
Kumalat din kahapon ang mga larawan nina Anntonia at Michelle na kinu-comfort ang isa’t isa pagkatapos ng koronasyon.
