Makailang beses nang sinagot ni Billy ang akusasyong meron siyang bisyo na naging sanhi sa maraming espekulasyon ng netizens.
Bukod pa rito ang pangangayayat niya.
Bati pa ni Nelson sa kanya, "You are in your slimmest era."
Tugon ni Billy, "The slimmest or the sickness era?
"Everyone keeps on, you know... it's a loop. It's like a circle sa buhay ko.
"It's a non-stop conversation. It's my nutrition or my diet. I'm not on a diet."
Ngunit may mga tao pa ring nagdududa sa kanya?
Reaksiyon dito ni Billy, "It used to faze me. It used to get me.
"It used to... may kurot nang konti. Pero now, it really doesn't anymore.
"Nakakatawa na lang."
Ano ang masasabi ni Billy sa nag-aakalang "adik" siya?
Diretsong sagot ng singer-TV host: "Sa mga nakakakilala sa akin, I am by far one of the few artists who don't try drugs.
"We can all take a strand of our hair and do tests ngayon din. Puwede kong hamunin lahat ng tao dito ngayon.
"No problem. I have nothing to hide. So, ako, hindi po ako addict.
"Addict ako sa pamilya ko. Addict ako sa trabaho ko. And that's it.
"I'm living, I think, my life to the fullest right now."

PROBLEM WITH ALCOHOL BEFORE
Inamin naman ni Billy na naging alipin siya ng alak noon. Pero napagtagumpayan na raw niyang kumawala rito.
Aniya, "It's been over five years I've been sober.
"I have not touched a lick of alcohol. I have not touched cigarettes. Zero.
"With God's help and God's grace, I did it.
"So, I think everyone is allowed and able to change. You can change."

BILLY CELEBRATED SOBRIETY LAST OCTOBER 31, 2019
Noong October 31, 2019, ibinunyag ni Billy na isang taon na niyang napagtagumpayang hindi uminom ng alak.
Sa post niya sa Instagram noong kasunod na araw, November 1, kalakip ang larawan nila ng asawang si Coleen Garcia sa Opulence Halloween party, sinabi ni Billy, "I got to celebrate with my everything last night for Holloween.
“And yesterday was my first year anniv since I stopped drinking, not one lick since.
“Thanks so much my love for supporting me and being there when I'm irritated.”
