Ayon kay Ogie, "I'll give you a simple reason, aside from the fact that I don't think I'm equipped to do that, I love my job so much. I love singing. I love making people laugh.
"I love hosting. I love getting endorsements and all of that.
"Maipagpapalit ko ba yun? Siyempre hindi.
"Kasi if I become a politician, that's another world where you have to relearn things.
And then you become the greatest politician ever.
"It takes time."

OGIE ALCASID: "We only get what we deserve."
Giit niyang muli, "It takes time. You cannot, e, 57 na ako, e, di ba?
"At siguro, [dapat] nagsimula ako nung araw pa."
Sabi ni Ogie, "It's hard to say or judge the sincerity behind what they're saying, ever.
"It's hard to say. I'm hoping that's true.
"That the reason they're doing that is because they really want to help, which I don't doubt, I'm sure it's true.
"But siguro, let's put an importance also on equipping ourselves with the necessary tools to be proper politician and lawmaker.
"Whatever they want to be, administrator or whatever.
"Because you cannot just wing it, kasi ang dami nakasalalay.
"So what I can say is they have my full support if their intentions are real and if they really want to equip themselves with the proper education so that they will become effective leaders.
"Ako ang tingin ko kasi contrary to what many, many think our electorate is ready to vote for people who deserve the most."
Aniya, "I think so."
Sabat ng isang reporter, "Finally."
Ani Ogie, "I think so. I don't want to say finally.
"We only get what we deserve. They win for a reason.
"But I think nakikilatis na ng mga bumuboto kung sino ang nagsasabi ng totoo.
"Kung sino ang karapat-dapat. Yun ang paniwala ko. Hindi ko sinasabing tama ako.
"But yun ang paniwala ko."

OGIE ALCASID HAPPY FOR NEW SENDWAVE ENDORSEMENT

Sabi ni Ogie, "I'm so happy kasi working with them was so easy.
"Tapos yung app ang galing-galing, di ba? Ang dali lang magpadala.
"And again, it's secure, di ba? And most importantly, no transfer fees.
"Kasi pag kinumpute mo yung transfer fee, exchange rate, daming mawawala.
"So, ang gandang incentive for the ones who will be sending the money.
"And of course, the ones who will receive the money."
