Itinuturing ni Miss Grand International (MGI) owner and founder na si Nawat Itsaragrisil ng JKN Global Group na alliance ang pagsanib ng kanyang pageant sa Miss Universe Organization na pagmamay-ari ng Thai billionaire na si Anne Jakrajutatip.
Sa kanyang speech sa press conference ng Miss Universe kahapon, March 14, 2025, sa Thailand, sinabi niyang magiging matagumpay ang 74th edition ng Miss Universe ngayong taon dahil gagawin niya at ng kanyang grupo ang lahat.

"Because I do believe all the time, beauty pageant is like a sunset.
"But we try to fly it up all the time to make industry is getting better.
