Sa lahat ng makakalimutan ni Janice de Belen sa kanyang acceptance speech, ang kanyang kapatid pang si Gelli de Belen ang nakalimutan niyang pasalamatan.
Nangyari ito nang gawaran ng Ading Fernando Lifetime Achievement Award si Janice sa 38th PMPC (Philippine Movie Press Club) Star Awards for Television sa Dolphy Theater, ABS-CBN compound, noong Linggo, March 23, 2025.
Ipinangalan ang naturang parangal sa dating comedian at director na si Ading Fernando.
Sa halos anim-na-minutong talumpati ni Janice, kahit meron siyang dalang kodigo, nakalimutan niyang banggitin ang nag-iisang kapatid na si Gelli.

Janice de Belen recalls career path in lengthy speech
Sa kanyang Instagram kahapon, March 24, ibinahagi ni Janice ang speech niya sa Star Awarda for TV.
Binalikan muna ng dating child actress ang pagsisimula ng kanyang karera taong 1978.
Pagbabahagi ng aktres (published as is), "Nag umpisa po ako sa telebisyon back in 1978 when I was 9 years old as a guest in a BBC 2 drama anthology called Ulila na pinagbibidahan ni Ms Rosa Rosal.
"At dun ko rin po na-experience sa unang pagkakataon na masigawan ng director, si Mario o Hara po yun, dahil hindi po ako umiyak ng totoong luha.
"Totoo na po akong umiyak after ako masigawan. At hanggang ngayon totoong luha pa rin ang iniiyak ko…
"I also became a newscaster sa NewsWatch Junior edition ng RPN9.
"That led me to my job as the lead in the soap opera na Flordeluna.
"That TV show started everything for me. If not for Flordeluna, I would not be here tonight."
Mula sa pag-arte, at sa loob ng apatnapu't pitong taon, nasubukan na raw halos lahat ni Janice ang iba't ibang shows sa telebisyon.
Nakatrabaho na rin daw niya ang halos lahat ng mga nagtatrabaho sa industriya.
Pinasalamatan niya ang lahat ng istasyong nagbigay ng pagkakataon sa kanya mula noon hanggang ngayon.
Pati na ang film outfits na nagbigay rin sa kanya ng halaga.

"I have worked with almost everyone in this industry.

Binigyang-diin din ni Janice ang kahalagahan ng mga taong nakatrabaho niya sa likod ng kamera. Marami raw siyang natutunan mula sa kanila.
