Magkakaroon ng second season ang Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition o PBB Collab kaya nahingan ang first season housemate na si Ralph de Leon ng maibibigay na advice para sa mga susunod na housemates.

May ideya na ba siya kung sinu-sino ang mga ito?
“Wala po, e. Wala po talaga. Very strict po sila sa mga NDA [Non-Disclosure Agreement] nila, nina-nudge ko na po yung mga staff ng PBB, ayaw pa rin po talagang sabihin,” sagot ng natatawang si Ralph.
“Pero siguro yung pinaka-tip ko na lang po talaga, siyempre, magpakatotoo. Yun naman talaga yung bilin sa amin ni Kuya, na lalabas at lalabas din yung personality mo and who you really are inside the house at hindi mo maitatago yun.
"So, might as well just show who you really are.”

Phenomenal ang newfound fame ng housemates ng PBB Collab, paano naha-handle ni Ralph ang kanyang kasikatan ngayon?
Lahad niya: “Well, ako talaga, it's important for me to stay grounded.
“Alam namin na grabe talaga yung binibigay sa amin na blessings ngayon, sa buong batch namin. Mula sa first evictee hanggang sa big winner namin, lahat very, very blessed.
“So, ngayon nandito na kami, na siguro you can call it fame, you can call it whatever, pero para sa amin, we're really trying to cherish the moment, really make the most out of all the opportunities na binibigay sa amin.”

Ralph shares tips for incoming PBB Collab 2 housemates
Kung babalikan ang naging journey ni Ralph sa Bahay Ni Kuya, bukod sa pagpapakatotoo, ano ang values na nakatulong sa kanya to survive?
“Oo, siyempre, ano ba? Unang-una, dasal, can't forget about that. Kasi ang dami mo talagang hindi masasabi sa ibang tao na itataas mo na lang talaga sa Kanya.
“Next, siyempre kailangan marunong kang makisama, because you're going to be in that house with how many other people for who knows how long.
“Kaya kailangan talaga marunong kang makisama, marunong kang maki-mingle, and really, you also have to take time for yourself.
“So, kung ano mang sulok sa bahay na you can really just find your own space, your own time to reflect, and just go back to your core. Kaya importante din yun.”
Si Ralph mismo, ano ang mga personal belief niya?
“Ayun, parang sa akin naman ngayon talaga, I've learned very recently na mahirap masyadong mag-focus sa long-term.
“Yun nga, tulad ng sabi ni Coach Pia dito sa book niya, it's really…you have to go day by day, moment to moment.
“Kasi hindi mo alam, baka mawala lahat ng ‘to bigla, e. Without you even realizing it.
“So, as long as you're in the present, you live in the moment, I feel like you're really gonna be able to cherish, you know, what goes on in your daily life and the amount of blessings that you receive.”

why it's important to have a life coach
Mahalaga rin daw para kay Ralph ang magkaroon ng life coach.
“Okay. Yeah, like Coach Pia. Para sa akin, it's hard to go through life alone without a lot of guidance.
“Especially, for a lot of people na walang support system and walang matatakbuhan with regards to their problems. Coach Pia's gonna be there, really to guide you.
“Someone like Coach Pia can really give you advice not only about work, about life, about friends, about family, kung ano mang problema yan, siya bahala sa inyo, di ba?
“Kaya it's good to have someone like that, na kaya talagang masabihan ng mga problema mo and to actually give you advice you can use and apply to it every day.
“Kasi yung iba, di ba, eme-eme lang? Minsan na, okay fine, you can say whatever you want pero alam mong lalabas sa kabilang tenga kasi wala namang sense.
“Pero as someone na aral, na sobrang…really, this has been her career for decades now. You know that there is something na alam mong mapagkakatiwalaan talaga siya,” pagbabahagi pa ni Ralph.
