VET CLINIC’S STATEMENT
Nitong April 24, 2026, naglabas ng official statement ang Ciao Veterinary Clinic, ang tinukoy ng netizens sa Tiktok post ng content creator.
Nang makarating daw ang isyu tungkol sa hamster, nakipag-ugnayan daw ito sa content creator at nag-apologize.
Ang bungad ng official statement: “Ciao Veterinary Clinic is aware of a social media post circulating regarding an incident involving a hamster patient and the alleged lack of urgency by our front desk personnel.”
Pagtatanggol ng clinic: “We take all concerns raised by pet owners seriously.
“Upon learning of the situation, our management immediately reached out and personally communicated with the concerned individual.
“We have listened to her account, clarified the circumstances on our end, and extended our sincere apologies for any experience that may have felt lacking in urgency or compassion.
“We are continuously reviewing our protocols and reinforcing staff training to ensure that all patients and clients are handled with the highest standard of care and sensitivity.”
