Pinaghandaan ng TV5 ang launching ng kanilang premiere talent management arm, ang Star Worx.
Inilunsad ng Kapatid Network ang Star Worx, na dating kilala bilang MediaQuest Artists Agency (MQAA), nitong Martes ng hapon, May 5, 2026, sa TV5 Center, Mandaluyong City.
Tila may halong feng shui ang launching dahil sa 5-5-5 (May 5 sa TV5).
Dumating sa launching ang mga big boss ng TV5 na sina President and CEO Guido R. Zaballero, President & CEO of MediaQuest Holdings Victorico “Ricky” P. Vargas, Star Worx starmaker Johnny “Mr. M” Manahan, Star Worx head Jeff Remigio, at consultant for Entertainment Content and Creative Strategy Enrico Santos.

HOW star worx CAME TO LIFE
Nagsimula ang programa sa pamamagitan opening remarks ni Mr. Jeff Remigio, ang tagapamuno ng Star Worx.
Bahagi ng kanyang speech: "We started this journey back, almost two years ago.
"And then we said, we needed to have an artist agency that at least would... would somehow support muna, support lang, the basic needs of the organization of the network, and then what we plan to do.
"Today, I'm very happy to say that we have signed more than 50 artists from MQAA. We're very proud of our artists today.
"And slowly but surely, they're making a mark in some of the shows that we have.
"And then we said, it all started with a dream. I remember Cedrick [Juan] was our first signed artist.
"He was fresh out of the GomBurZa when I talked to him. I said, 'Ced, please trust us. You know, we will come up with something good for you.'"
Si Cedrick ay bahagi ngayon ng primetime series na A Secret in Prague.
Dagdag pa ni Remigio: "And it just starts there. We want to be able to continue this dream, and this mission.
"But we said, we needed to elevate. We needed to revolutionize. We needed to evolve.
"And so we said, we needed an expert, right? In the industry.
"And so late last year, we said, 'Kailangan natin ng isang Mr. M.'
"And so, Mr. M, thank you for joining our organization.
"Thank you for sharing your wisdom, and your vision. You are indeed a true living legend of a star builder.
"And then we have something, a surprise for you today.
"So without further ado, I want to just officially say, MQAA is now Star Worx."

Nagbigay rin ng mensahe si MediaQuest Holdings President & CEO na si Victorico “Ricky” Vargas.
Bahagi ng kanyang speech: "Across our network MediaQuest, we built strong pillars we can be proud of.
"We are number one in sports. In news, we continue to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
"And through Cignal, we have created one of the most robust programming ecosystem in the country. Spanning streamline, streaming, OTT, and Pay TV.
"While we continue to open our minds to new technology, we will surprise you with new technology to serve our audience better.
"But today, we turn our focus to where our next chapter is being written, entertainment.
"With My Bespren Emman and A Secret in Prague, we are seeing real promise.
"We are not quite there at full flight. We're not yet in the air.
"But we are on the runway, building momentum. And we are preparing to take off.
"And this is where Star Worx, together with TV5 and Cignal, becomes more than just an initiative.
"It is our commitment, a commitment to discover, nurture, and elevate our own stars.
"A commitment to not simply follow what others are doing, but to define our own voice, our identity, and our space in the entertainment industry."

STARMAKER JOHNNY "MR. M" MANAHAN
Kasunod naman ay ibinahagi ni Mr. M kung paano nabuo ang ugnayan nila ng TV5.
Matagal-tagal na raw silang may ugnayan ng may-ari ng TV5 na si Mr. Manny V. Pangilinan.
Aniya, "Actually, nag-usap na kami ni Mr. Pangilinan noon pa, maybe five years ago."
Kahit nasa ibang channel na si Mr. M noon, hindi naman daw natigil ang kanilang ugnayan.
"And we found ourselves together. And I'm so happy because, I feel so comfortable here at TV5 and many old faces here..." sabi pa ni Mr. M.
Kasunod nito ay ipinakilala ni Mr. M ang mga dating kasamahan niya sa ABS-CBN na naging katuwang niya hanggang siya ay taguriang "star maker."
Pagpapatuloy ni Mr. M: "So anyway, it takes a lot of people actually to create artists' work, make stars.
"And a lot of people working, ako lang ang namahala.
"Of course, you work, you do the work and then, katulad sa sinasabing 'the magic happens,' magiging stars na sila.
"You do the work, with a little bit of luck and help from these people, they can become stars."

THE FUTURE STARS from STAR WORX
Nagpakitang-gilas sa bagong MVP Studio ng TV5 sa Mandaluyong ang labing-anim (16) na bahagi ng Star Worx Block 1.
May umawit at nag-interpretative dance.
Sumayaw ang ibang Star Worx girls...
At Star Worx boys.
Kasunod nito ang unang pagsabak nina Adam Buck, Amo Wilding, Chan Martin, Nico Matugas, Patrick Ballesteros, Spencer Capistrano, Wayne Leonard, Carmela Lorzano, Celyn David, Kaitlyn King, Keisha Serna, Marthena Jickain, Nathalie Apollo, Rahil Gatali, Selina Griffin, at Steph Razon sa kauna-unahang question-and-answer portion kasama ang mga miyembro ng entertainment press.
Napag-alaman din ng press na mula pa noong January 2026, sumabak na ang 16 hopefuls sa isang intensive training sa tinatawag nilang "bootcamp of brilliance."
Dito ay sumailalim sila sa mahigpit na dance choreography sessions, pag-aaral ng "vocal mastery to nuanced acting workshops," at pagsasalita ng matatas na wikang Pilipino.
