Isa sa bandera ng Star Worx Block 1 ng TV5 ay si Marthena Jickain, anak ni Aiko Melendez at ng ex-husband nitong si Martin Jickain.
Kabilang si Marthena sa labing-anim (16) na new artists ng Star Worx, ang rebranded talent management arm ng Kapatid network, na ipinakilala sa entertainment press.
Sa question-and-answer portion sa launching ng Star Worx artists noong May 5, 2026, nabigyan ng pagkakataon ang PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) na magtanong sa newbie stars ng Singko.
Isa sa inusisa namin ang tungkol sa pagpasok ni Marthena sa showbiz.
Naging madali ba ito para sa kanya dahil artista rin ang kanyang ina at naging celebrity rin ang kanyang ama?
Tugon ni Marthena: "I'd say po that it's a privilege and blessing that my mom carved out, almost, her career enough for me to also be in this industry po.
"And I'm very grateful because I was able to be given this opportunity to be here today.
"And I take a lot of inspiration from my mom actually, with the way she's been sa industry na po ito.
"And it's something that I take as a blessing.
"And I'm also here not just to, you know, recognize that privilege, but also to show that I'm also equally deserving of it as well, po.
"And yun po. It's not something I want to abuse or take advantage of, but I'd say that it's something I do recognize."
Gusto rin ba niyang makatrabaho ang ina?
Sagot ni Marthena, "Definitely, po. That's a dream for me."

AIKO MELENDEZ: "there can only be ONE mARTHENA."
Matapos ang programa, inusisa naman ng PEP si Aiko tungkol sa anak.
Ang panganay niyang si Andre Yllana ay sa Viva Artists Agency nakapirma.
At si Marthena naman ay sa TV5.
Saad ni Aiko tungkol dito: "Para naman malawak yung ano nila, environment nila. And hindi sila talagang nagkumpul-kumpulan.
"Pag magkasama kasi minsan, di ba, sinasabi, 'O ano, may competition ba, may intriga pa.' So, at least ano sila, separate."
Ano ba ang gusto niyang makitang proyektong gagawin ng anak?
"Wala, e. But I hope they'd ano, show grace, kasi she's good in guitar and she has a voice. She sings," sabi ng aktres.
Gusto raw ni Marthena makatrabaho ang ina, pero sinabihan siya ng media na "nanlalamon sa eksena" si Aiko.
Reaksiyon dito ni Aiko: "Hindi, hindi. Pagkaganyan, e, ibibigay ko sa anak ko.
"Yun nga, iniwasan ko, yung comparison. Kasi siyempre, there can only be one Marthena.
"There can only be one Andre and one Aiko.
"So I don't want them to be pressured na, 'O, yung mom mo ganito, ganyan, ganyan.'
"Kasi ano, e, I believe that Marthena has her own talent and she has ano, every reason to shine on her own."
