Ito ay dahil sa Facebook post ng hard-hitting columnist na, diumano, papalitan ni Atty. Mike Toledo si Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles bilang press secretary ni President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Marahil ay may kaugnayan ito sa balitang kabilang si Angeles sa 12 appointees ni Marcos Jr. na na-bypass ng Commission on Appointments (CA) dahil sa "lack of time."
Ayon kay CA Chairperson at Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri, ang mga opisyal na hindi nakumpirma ay kailangang i-reappoint ni Pangulong Marcos Jr.
Dalawang araw na ang nakalilipas nang i-post ni Tulfo sa Facebook page nito na si Toledo ang incoming press secretary.
Buong post ni Tulfo: “The incoming press secretary and presidential spokesperson is a lady’s man, lawyer Mike Toledo.
"Toledo, a graduate of the UP Law and Masters of Laws in London School of Economics, is a balikbayan. Some lady reporters swooned over Mike — secretly, of course — when he was President Erap’s spokesman.
“Like Teddyboy Locsin’s during the time of President Cory Aquino, Mike’s face was described as 'makalaglag pante.'
“Presidential spokespersons should be suave and good-looking, like Teddyboy and Mike, in this age of television when appearance matters.
“TV cameras are cruel and unforgiving as even a slight twitch of one’s face is noticed by viewers.”
Hindi ito matanggap at pinaniwalaan ng mga nakikisimpatiya kay Atty. Angeles dahil maayos at mahusay umano ang trabaho nito bilang press secretary.
Ito ang ilan sa mga komento ng netizens dahil sa impormasyon ni Tulfo na mawawala sa puwesto si Angeles at si Toledo ang hahaliling press secretary.
Tumatanggap ngayon si Tulfo ng mga batikos mula sa netizens na muling inilabas ang mga larawan, mahaba, at malinaw na video nang pagtulungan siya nina Raymart at Claudine sa NAIA Terminal 3 noong nagsasama pa ang dalawa.
Para sa mga supporter ni Angeles, “fake news” ang Facebook post ni Tulfo na pinapaboran si Toledo dahil nananatili sa puwesto ang vlogger at lawyer na current press secretary ni Marcos Jr.
Ipinapaalaala nila sa feisty opinion columnist ang isang kabanata ng buhay nito na mahirap makalimutan at naging pambansang isyu noong 2012.
