Suportado ng Viva Artists Agency (VAA) ang pagsasampa ni Debbie Garcia ng mga reklamo laban kay Barbie Imperial.
Contract star ng Viva ang sexy actress na naghain ng mga reklamo laban sa dating girlfriend ni Diego Loyzaga, ang aktor na talent din ng talent management arm ng Viva Entertainment, ngayong Miyerkules ng hapon, November 2, 2022.

Grave oral defamation, grave slander by deed, at slight physical injury ang mga reklamong isinampa ni Debbie sa Department of Justice ng Quezon City dahil sa insidenteng nangyari sa Tipsy Pig Gastropub noong Biyernes ng madaling-araw, October 28.

Bilang suporta kay Debbie, naglabas ng opisyal na pahayag ang VAA na hindi nito kinukunsinti ang anumang uri ng karahasan tulad ng naranasan ng kanilang contract star.
May pakiusap din ang VAA na huwag nang ikalat ng publiko sa social media ang kopya ng video ng insidente.
“VAA therefore fully supports its artists, Debbie Garcia, in taking legal action against her attacker in an incident of violence last October 28, 2022 [Friday] at a gastropub in Quezon City.
“Debbie has lodged a complaint against the other person with the assistance of her counsel on November 2, 2022 [Wednesday].
“VAA believes that Debbie has been at the receiving end of physical and verbal attacks in the said incident.
"VAA however kindly asks the public to refrain from further circulating copies of the video recording of the said incident on social media and allow the matter to be resolved legally."
Samantala, naglabas na rin si Debbie ng kanyang pahayag tungkol sa mga kaso laban kay Barbie na idinulog niya sa korte.
Aniya, “I have already filed the complaint. Any comment on my end moving forward will be released through my legal counsel.”
Sa kabilang banda, wala pang inilalabas na pahayag ang kampo ni Barbie, na talent ng Star Magic, kaugnay ng mga reklamong isinampa laban sa kanya ni Debbie.
