Nabigo ang Filipino communities sa Amerika na mapanood ang concert ni Elias Lintucan aka Elias J.TV at ng kanyang banda.
Sunud-sunod sana ang kanilang pagtatanghal sa Hawaii, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, at Texas, mula Setyembre 19 hanggang Setyembre 28, 2025.
Pero hindi natuloy ang U.S. tour ng grupo dahil hindi sila binigyan ng visa ng U.S. Embassy sa Pilipinas.
Bunsod nito, nagkaroon ng malaking problema ang promoter at producers ng kanilang naudlot na show sa Amerika.
Ang buong akala ng lahat, walang magiging problema ang biyahe ni Elias at ng kanyang banda sa Amerika dahil sa video na nag-iimbita silang panoorin ang concert nila.
Pero ginawa ito kahit hindi pa aprubado ang kanilang mga working visa.

NOTICE OF WARNING
Isang source ng Cabinet Files ang nagsabing inaprubahan ng U.S. government ang petisyon ng Elias J.TV band na makapagtanghal sa Amerika.
Pero hindi sila binigyan ng working visa ng U.S. Embassy dahil sa mga kasong estafa at breach of contract na inihain laban sa kanila ng manager nilang si Beverly Labadlabad.
Noong Agosto 5, 2025, naglabas si Labadlabad ng Notice and Warning sa pamamagitan ng kanyang legal counsel, ang Topacio Law Office, para sa lahat ng mga nagbabalak kunin ang serbisyo ni Elias at ng banda nito.
Nakasaad dito: “It has come to our attention that Mr. Lintucan has been contracting his services to other parties without the consent and participation of Ms. Labadlabad, in direct contravention of the aforementioned contracts and undertaking therein.
“THEREFORE, THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY WARNED that any and all third party or parties, natural or juridical who contracts with Mr. Lintucan directly shall be made liable under the law for tortuous interference of contracts as defined under the law.
"In addition, such acts in contravention of the above-mentioned contract shall be made the bases of appropriate criminal charges as may be warranted.
"We also hereby announce that we fully intend to pursue such charges to their fullest extent under the law. Let this notice serve as fair warning to all those who may be affected.”

CANCELLED CONCERT IN AGUSAN DEL SUR
Hindi lamang ang U.S. Tour ni Elias ang kanselado dahil nakansela rin ang concert nila ng kanyang banda sa Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, noong Oktubre 6, 2025.
Ang OH Di Ba Entertainment Production Inc. ang producer ng kinanselang pagtatanghal ni Elias.
Inihingi nila ng paumanhin ang nangyari dahil, diumano, may problema sa kalusugan ang rap artist.
Pero ilang oras bago ang biglaang kanselasyon sa concert, napanood sa social media ang mga video ni Elias at ng kanyang mga kasama na nasa mabubuting kalagayan.
Pinabulaanan ng Elias J.TV band na may kinalaman sa kalusugan ang hindi itinuloy na pagtatanghal nila.
Nakasaad sa inilabas nilang pahayag: “First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt apologies to everyone in Prosperidad who patiently waited and looked forward to our performance.
"The entire band had already traveled to Prosperidad and was fully prepared and excited to perform for you.
"However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the concert would no longer push through due to circumstances beyond our control.
“We wish to assure everyone that the cancellation was not due to any fault or health issue on our part. We were all in good condition and ready to perform.
"Although the show was only recently communicated to us, we made every effort to attend and fulfill our commitment to our supporters in Prosperidad."
