24/7 VIP lounge para sa mga “modern-day heroes.”
Ito ang recent amenity na binuksan sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 nitong Linggo, January 14, 2024, para sa Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Ang lounge ay mag-o-offer ng mga pagkain at inumin, at mayroon ding comfortable chairs, free Wi-Fi, charging areas, at information desk.

Nakapuwesto ito sa fourth floor ng pre-departure area ng NAIA, at bukas sa kahit sinong OFW anumang uri ng ticket ang hawak nila.
Ang proyekto ay joint effort ng House of Representatives, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Department of Migrant Workers, at Manila International Airport Authority.

Ang ambience ay ibinatay sa mga lounge para sa mga pasaherong bumibiyahe ng business class at first class.
Ayon sa Owwamember.com, “This is like a VIP-lounge where OFWs can stay while waiting for their flights back to their host country abroad.
“The purpose of this lounge is not only to offer comfortable seating, Wi-Fi access, charging docks and power outlets but also to create an online community for OFWs through which members can connect with one another as well as access helpful resources, tips, and information related to their working experience in a foreign country.”

Bukod pa rito ay under construction na rin ang VIP lounge sa NAIA Terminal 3, at inaasahang magtatayo pa ng mga parehong lounge aeas sa airports sa Cebu, Davao, at Clark, Pampanga.
