Ayala tanggapin ni Toni Gonzaga na siya lang ang bida o reyna ng ALLTV Network, ang bagong Channel 2.
“Marami kami,” sambit ni Toni sa mediacon noong Oktubre 22, 2022, Sabado, sa Coffee Project-Wil Tower, Lopez Drive, Quezon City.
Paano ba siya napunta sa ALLTV? Totoo bang P10M ang bayad sa kanya?

“Tuwing kailan 'yan? 15-30, every month, o every year?” sambit ni Toni.
Tsismis! Paki-clear! Magkano ba ang kontrata niya sa bago niyang home studio?
“Ahh, mga tsismis. I think siguro, normal yun na when you make a big decision, when you move to a network, when you sign a contract to a new family, maraming speculations about yung mga ganyan,” lahad ni Toni
“Monetary issues. But we also have to consider na we also reach a point in our life na yung mga decision-makings natin is not just based on, you know, what I will profit from it.
“But you know where your heart is really leading you. So, parang I was led to making this major decision, and I’m really grateful.
“Kasi, I’m sure you have witnessed naman the events in my life that have happened recently.
“Yung alam mo yung… sometimes nili-lead ka talaga into making this decision. Kasi malinaw yung path na ito na yung bago mong tatahakin.
“So, it has been very clear for me to take this leap of faith, and this next step in my career. So, yun, parang naging malinaw lahat.
“Kasi alam mo pag papunta ka na sa panibagong chapter ng buhay mo, malinaw yung daan. Pag maraming mga aberya, parang it’s not meant for you.
“But this one talaga, it was very clear. And it is not something that I was looking for in the beginning.
“It was not something na I wanted. But it was something that was laid out to me. And parang sabi ko, ‘Ahh, ito na siguro talaga yung next step ng career.’”
Sa ngayon ay tampok si Toni sa daily reality talk show na Toni tuwing 5:00-6:00 p.m sa ALLTV.

“I have been doing it since Toni Talks, yung we interview you know not just celebrities but real life stories,” salaysay ni Toni.
“We really tackle on the real-life stories, what people are going through, because we realize na hindi lang naman mga celebrities or mga napapanood lang natin sa telebisyon ang may makukulay na buhay.
“Nakita natin 'yan na even yung mga ordinaryong tao na hindi naman lumalabas sa telebisyon o sa media, pag kinausap mo sila, malalim din yung mga pinaghuhugutan nila.
“At malalim yung pinanggagalingan nila. At mas naiintindihan mo why they are the person that they are today
“Kasi, pag narinig mo yung istorya nila, mare-realize mo na, ‘Ahh, ito pala yung mga experiences kaya naging ganito siya today.’
"So, arang nakakabawas ng ano, pagiging… it helps you to become more compassionate than being judgmental to others.
“Kasi, kapag inupo mo ang isang tao, di ba, pag nalaman mo ang mga pinagdaanan, ‘Ahh, kaya pala ganun siya.’ O, di ba?
“Maiintindihan mo, ‘Ahh, kaya siya may ganitong desisyon sa buhay. Kaya nangyari ito. Kaya pala ganito. Kasi may ganito siyang pinagdaanan.’"

First face-to-face presscon ito ni Toni mula nang magkapandemya. Before ay panay zoom-zoom lang siya.
Andami nang isyu kay Toni. Malaki ba talaga ang bayad sa kanya ng ALLTV? Yung online shopping app na binoboykot umano dahil sa kanya.
“Ahh, yung mga ganyang bagay naman, naku, huwag na nating pagtuunan ng pansin yung mga ganyan,” malumanay na tugon ni Toni.
“Ako, I choose not to dwell on those things. Hayaan na lang natin sila.
"Basta, I made this decision, and this is one thing that I realized in my life...
“Any decision that you make na sinunod mo yung puso mo, you will always be led to the right path.
“So, pag sinunod mo yung desisyon ng puso mo — hindi yung sinabi sa yo, itinuro sa 'yo, idinikta lang sa 'yo — pero pag sinunod mo yung desisyon na alam mong galing sa puso mo, you will always have peace in your heart.
“Kasi, ang tinitingnan siguro ng… well, from the outside, it will look like, ‘O siguro ganito kasi, she’s offered this, she’s offered that.’
“Ahh, you know, when you make a decision, you always have to check in with your heart if there is peace.
“That’s one thing na hindi mababayaran. For me. When you have peace in your heart na, ‘This decision is right for me,’ that for me is priceless. The peace, yun.”
Grabe ang challenges na pinagdaanan ni Toni. Anong lessons ang natutunan niya, at puwedeng maibahagi sa mga tao?
“Siguro the greatest lesson that I have learned… I’m celebrating my 20th year in the industry,” lahad ni Toni.
“So, parang anniversary presscon na rin ito. It’s my 20th year in the industry, kasi yung ‘I love you, Piolo,’ 2001. Two decades na yun since I started in the industry.
“Ahh, siguro… I think the most important thing that I have learned, being in the industry for two decades is… when you know who you are, you will never be defined by the outside force.
“Parang yun siguro, dapat kilalanin mo kung sino ka talaga.
“Kasi sa industriya natin where a lot of people will try to define you — your co-workers, the people you meet, or sometimes the press people or the magazines, the media — they will try to label you, define you with all these things.
“But in the end, if you know in your heart who you really are, nobody can take away that from you. You will be complete, you will be whole.
“And nothing and no one can touch you. Kasi di ba, maraming sasabihin, ‘Ay! Ganito yan! Ganito siya!’
“But when you know in your heart who you are, ‘I know that’s not me.’
“So when they accuse you of something, when they say something to you — pero pag kilalang-kilala mo yung sarili mo — hindi ka maliligaw sa industriyang ito.”
