No more hiding for Michael Pacquiao’s widely talked-about nose job.
Late evening of January 16, 2026, the General Santos City councilor uploaded a side-profile photo on Instagram, opting to let the image speak for itself.
The post came without a caption, but it didn’t need one.
Within hours, the comments section filled with messages of support, pride, and encouragement from friends and loved ones.
Among those who reacted was his girlfriend Joyce Tan Custodio, who left a supportive comment: “Handsome One Inside Out [blue and white heart emojis] @pacquiao.michael [flexed biceps emoji] Few more months lezgooo [fire emoji]”

Several netizens and friends chimed in, noting that the viral photo showed post-procedure swelling that had yet to fully subside.
Many echoed the sentiment that it would take a bit more time before Michael’s transformation fully settles in.
This marks the first time Michael has flaunted his new look after earlier sightings sparked online speculation.

MICHAEL ON BEING BULLIED FOR HIS APPEARANCE
As the son of Manny Pacquiao and Jinkee Pacquiao, Michael has racked up his fair share of unwarranted public scrutiny.
In an interview with Julius Babao on May 11, 2023, he detailed the extent of his classmates’ teasing: “I was bullied because of my appearance. I’m not guwapo.
“No one really wanted to talk to me. Because of my name also. They were afraid.
“Most of the time in school, I would hear… make fun of me, saka they would make fun of my face, my name, saka backstab me. Talk behind your back.”
What stoked the flames further was realizing he had more fake friends than he thought.
“They were pretending to be [my] friends because yung name ko. People were nice to me because they just wanted something from me. Libre ko sila, like that.
“In reality, they don’t really genuinely like me for who I am,” he recalled.
Eventually, two schoolmates of his became his lifeline from the hate.
At the time, his advice for anyone who experiences bullying was this: “You shouldn’t listen to them. Have someone to talk to like relatives, friends…
“Cancel out the noise. Believe you are not what they say you are.
"Who are they to judge you?"
