Sean Knights, the new Chief Operating Officer leading NUSTAR into its ‘NU’ era of excellence, describes the unveiling of the NUSTAR Hotel as "the pinnacle of hospitality, offering supreme ambience, service excellence and guest experience."
He invites guests to look forward to the opening of the hotel's Skydeck and Leisure Park within the year, and more exciting new attractions.
The NUSTAR Butler
Stays at NUSTAR include the services of dedicated butlers specially trained by Heilbron Hospitality, one of the world’s most respected training institutions for hospitality service.
Guests can expect intuitive service and seamless arrangements—from dining reservations, valet, and transport services, to tailored itineraries.
Club Lounge Privileges
Resident guests are welcome to enjoy a private breakfast, afternoon tea and early evening cocktails at the exclusive Fili Executive Club lounge, with compliments from NUSTAR Hotel.
The Club Lounge is located on Level 23 of the Fili Hotel.
Opening Offer
To celebrate the opening, NUSTAR Hotel offers up to 25 percent savings on room rates from May 8 to July 31.
After-discount rates from PHP 12,750++ per night, and comes with full benefits such as butler service, breakfast and club lounge privileges, throughout the stay.

Exclusive anniversary promotions are offered throughout May, featuring various culinary experiences across the property.
At Fili Café, guests dining in groups of three can enjoy a special treat as the third guest dines for free during weeknight buffet dinners.

Xin Tian Di offers a 3+1 deluxe Lauriat set for only PHP 600++ per person, available during weekday lunch and dinner.
At Fina, the 3 Years Flavors Fiesta three-course meal is served for PHP 1,800++, available daily for lunch and Monday to Friday for dinner.
Il Primo celebrates with a three-course lunch at PHP 2,300++, available daily.
