Jessy Mendiola returns to YouTube on March 1, 2026, with a vlog that reveals a major life update.
The video titled “CASA MANZANO: Our Forever Home” introduces the house she and Luis Manzano now plan to settle in after five years of transferring between addresses.
Jessy opens the vlog with an apology, explaining that work and personal responsibilities have kept her from uploading.
As she and husband Luis put it in the video, they are now gearing up to relocate to their “forever home” up north.

Realizations about owning a home
Jessy reflects on what they learned after years of transferring.
“Mas okay na rin na yung bahay mo talaga,” she says. She also leaves room for future plans.
“Maybe kapag nakapag-ipun-ipon na kami, makaka-acquire kami ng iba pang properties in the South.
“Iba pa rin talaga kapag bahay mo talaga. You get to call the shots kung anong gusto mong ipabago o ipaayos.”
Her daughter is also a factor in their decision: “We want Rosie to have that sense of forever home.”
Luis injects his main takeaway.
“Sa dami nang nilipatan namin, ang pinakamalaking learning ko ay yung mga tao talaga sa loob is what makes it a home.”
Jessy agrees right away. “Exactly.”
Luis continues his point.
“Yung nilipatan niyo is a house. Pero para sa akin, what makes it a home is yung mga tao sa loob.”
Jessy supports that idea by looking back.
“Sa dami nang nilipatan namin, lahat yun naging home talaga namin,” she says.
She also shares something more personal.
“Homemaker talaga ang dream ko ever since bata pa ako,” she recalls.
“No matter how small it is or how big it is, as long as you know it feels like home.”

LUIS AND JESSY’S ADVICE FOR HOMEOWNERS
Luis offers a word of caution, clarifying that he’s not trying to scare first-time homeowners.
“Mag-ready din kayo sa mga gulatang gastos,” he stresses.
Jessy agrees, as Luis adds, “Akala niyo okay na lahat, pero may lalabas pa rin."
He notes that even homeowners tend to introduce changes late in the process.
Jessy echoes this, saying, “May mga bago kang preference.”
Luis reasons why that happens: “Iba kasi yung naka-render, iba yung blueprint.”
Mentioning factors that affect cost, Jessy says, “The materials… prices, di ba, as years go by.”
Luis closes the point with advice.
“Mag-allot din kayo. Bukod sa budget niyo, maglagay pa rin kayo ng just in case may mga kailangan baguhin.”
For her part, Jessy says: “Ako, ang pinaka-advice ko is walang perfect. Hindi lahat ng oras makukuha mo yung gusto mo."
Luis agrees. “Oo.”
Jessy continues by describing common trade-offs—size, cost, and location—then returns to a broader realization.
“Wala talagang perfect na bahay,” she says again.
Luis inserts a condition that would solve everything: "If unlimited budget kayo.”
Jessy laughs but continues with a more grounded point.
“Hindi na rin pala okay yung sobrang laking bahay,” she reflects, talking about how maintenance becomes harder over time.
She gives a scenario, explaining that when children grow older and leave, a large house demands more upkeep than necessary.

SNIPPETS OF CASA MANZANO
The vlog includes a previews of the house.
One clip shows a living area with a high ceiling. Tall glass panels cover a large portion of the wall. A circular chandelier hangs above.
Luis stands beneath the fixture, his presence highlighting the height of the ceiling. The windows extend across two levels.
The area uses neutral finishes. The design highlights openness and light.

Jessy appears near large sliding glass doors in another clip.
The panels meet at a corner.
The glass reflects both the interior and the plants outside. The design allows visual connection between both areas.

Another clip reveals an indoor garden. Stones cover the ground. Large rocks sit among potted plants.
Different plant sizes add variation. Some rise higher. Others stay closer to the ground.
The garden sits at the center of the house. Hallways surround it, allowing visibility from multiple angles.

The kitchen features wooden cabinetry and a central island. Pendant lights hang above.
Luis stands in front of the counter. Another person sits casually behind him.
The design focuses on function. The wood finish adds warmth to the area.

Jessy then films herself in front of built-in shelves, which include internal lighting.
The clip focuses on detail rather than scale.

Subsequently, a preview of the master bedroom is flashed on screen. Wooden finishes dominate the room.
Slatted partitions divide sections. The flooring matches the warm tone of the walls.
The clip shows only part of the room. It leaves the rest for future episodes.

Jessy ends the vlog by confirming that this video marks the start of a series: “Op, yun na muna ipapakita namin...
"This is the first episode. Ipapakita namin yung konting pasilip sa aming bagong bahay.
“So, welcome to our new series, ang Casa Manzano.”
The vlog is clear to hold back major areas for future uploads.
What viewers get instead is a sneak peek that establishes the scale, design direction, and personal meaning tied to the property.
At present, the celebrity couple continue to stay in their Lipa home with their daughter, Rosie Manzano.
The transfer to their house in the North will take place once everything is fully ready.
