The sisterhood of Sam Pinto and Gwen Zamora began when they married the Semerad twins, Anthony and David, respectively.
Sam and Anthony got married on March 8, 2021, while Gwen and David tied the knot on February 13, 2021.
The two ladies are magbilas, and, soon, neighbors.
Late 2021, Sam and Anthony happily announced on Instagram that their Batangas rest house dubbed "Semerad Cottage" is "coming to life," and its location is beside the Semerad Cabin, which is the modern bahay kubo of Gwen and David in the sprawling Semerad Farm.
In fact, the couple and their daughter Mia greeted the new year with Gwen, David, and their son Cooper.
So expect the actresses' social-media feeds to have more "Semerad fam bam" photos.
To Sam, Gwen has been a very supportive bilas.
She told SmartParenting.com.ph just two weeks before giving birth in September 2021, "...she’s the closest one I know [who] just had a baby. Because when I ask my mom, di na niya alam. Hello, I’m already 31, so that was 31 years ago. Super iba na ngayon, so it’s Gwen I ask everything—the best brand for bottles..."
And aside from advice, Sam said in the same interview that Gwen's enthusiasm had helped her a lot during her pregnancy and early stages of motherhood.
Likewise, Gwen is glad to have Sam "as a friend and now sister."
In the birthday message she posted for Sam on December 11, the latter's 32nd birthday, Gwen wrote:
"Happy happy birthday to this lovely living mermaid, who is honestly the most stand up & the most humble woman you could ever meet! So glad to have you as a friend and now sister!
"Thank you for also acknowledging all the random shit i send you in your dms [direct messages] I love you!!"
