Fresh from the Big Brother house, AZ Martinez wastes no time hitting new notes—literally.
After months inside the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition house, AZ is officially back where her music dreams first took root.
On July 19, 2025, the Academy of Rock Philippines posted a warm welcome for their returning student on Instagram, writing: “Guess who’s back at Academy of Rock? [party popper emoji]
“It’s none other than Ms. @_azmartinez, fresh from PBB Collab Edition! [shooting star emoji]
“We’re incredibly proud of you and honored that you continue to trust us in your music journey. Welcome back, Az! [purple heart emoji]”
AZ responded in the comments with equal enthusiasm: “so happy to be back! thank you @aorphilippines @cathvelasc0”

AZ'S LIFE AFTER PBB
The visit marks one of AZ's first public engagements since emerging as part of the Big Four in PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition.
She and her duo River Joseph—dubbed AzVer by fans—finished strong as Fourth Big Placers.
The two also led a heartfelt fundraising mission inside the house, raising over PHP100,000 for the Cancer Treatment and Support Foundation in memory of their late fathers.
Earlier this week, AZ and River made their first It’s Showtime guesting, with AZ sharing on-air that it had always been her dream to set foot on the noontime show stage.
Now back in the outside world, AZ seems to be making up for lost time.
From press appearances to TV guestings and now resuming her music studies, the 22-year-old Sparkle artist is proving that the grind doesn’t stop post-PBB.
