Adrien's Instagram post shows the date "April 9, 2021" on the Polaroid film.
Isabelle announced her second pregnancy in December 2020.
The celebrity mom and her family were already based in Hong Kong at the time.
Valentin's arrival came days after third birthday of his brother Baltie.
To make sure Baltie is spared of sibling jealousy, Isabelle threw a "Kuya party" for the boy.
Baltie was born in March 2018.
