Is Angelica Panganiban gearing up for a comeback? It seems the three-time FAMAS award-winning actress is slowly inching her way back to the spotlight, although there's still no set timetable for her return.
Angelica has taken a hiatus from showbiz to focus on motherhood.
She announced her pregnancy on Instagram on March 20, 2022, by sharing a photo of her sonogram image while at the beach with her then-boyfriend and now-husband Gregg Homan.
She gave birth to daughter Amila Sabine Homan on September 20, 2022.

Now that Amila, nicknamed Bean, will turn two this year, Angelica feels she might be ready to go back into work and revive her showbiz career gradually.
Said Angelica. "Since puwede na kasi ipasok sa daycare si Bean dahil she’s 18 months na, so mas magkakaroon na ko ng time sa sarili ko, so unti-unti kinakaya na mag-let go."
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) had the opportunity to chat with Angelica on Saturday, May 11, 2024, during the Johnson's Baby event held at The Blue Leaf Pavilion in Taguig City, where she was introduced as the brand's new ambassador.
It certainly won't be easy for Angelica to leave her daughter's side, as she's now used to the two of them being constantly together.
"Ako yung mas clingy. Ako yung clingy sa anak ko, hindi yung anak ko," revealed Angelica.
"Minsan pag aalis ako, sasabihin niya, 'Bye, mama.' Ako yung parang, 'Ay, anak, mami-miss kita.' Pero siyempre kailangan kong mag-mature, kailangan kong mag-let go nang konti dahil, of course, kelangan natin bumalik sa work, so soon."
ANGELICA PANGANIBAN's BONDING MOMENTS WITH SABINE
Meanwhile, Angelica revealed that one of their bonding moments nowadays is during Amila's bath time.
"Pag sinabi kong 'Ligo,' gaganyan na agad siya, 'Go-Go.' Gustung-gusto niya talaga yung mga bath times niya," said Angelica, who is a proud hands-on mom.
She continued, "Ini-enjoy niya iyan. So kahit masakit sa balakang ni Mama dahil ikaw nagpapaligo, ok lang, kasi nakikita mo na ini-enjoy niya yung bath time niya.
"May kasamang konting playtime so yun na yung nagiging bonding namin."
Angelica has been very open in sharing on social media her happy moments with Amila.

In March, Angelica delighted her followers with an adorable video capturing a loving moment between her and Amila.
"Siguro this time puwede ko nang i-take it easy, di ba?" said Angelica.
"Kasi kapag first-time mom ka, marami ka talagang mga takot, marami kang mga what if, marami kang mga doubts."
Continued Angelica, "Pero ngayon, dahil alam mo na, of course, dahil na-experience mo na paano yung manganak, na-experience mo na kung paano yung buong nine months na sabi nga ni Maxine [Medina, who is pregnant with her first baby], nasubok yung patience mo, di ba? Dahil nag-i-slow down ang lahat, naiisip mo lang yung safety ni baby.
"Yun siguro, mas magiging relaxed na ko pag sa second baby dahil, 'Ah, alam ko na.'"
