Mary Christine Jolly to Derek Ramsay: "Enough with the tears. Enough with the drama."

Mary Christine Jolly denies Derek Ramsay’s allegations against her. "I’m not the actor here. He’s the one that has lied for 11 years. I have nothing to hide. I am the one who raised my kid for 11 years on my own. He can try and throw as many stones as he wants at me, but at the end of the day, he fights me, he fights the kid."

“The reason why we decided not to submit [my reply-affidavit] as of yet was because the fiscal did speak to us that maybe we can come to an agreement.

“And he [Fiscal Dimayacyac] made us sign a document stating that maybe we can come to an agreement.

“But he [Derek] violated that because from last Thursday [September 18] until now, we haven’t received any agreement, which means he doesn’t want to settle.

“He means he wants to fight me and my son.

"Because the battle, if he’s fighting me, it means he’s fighting our son," pahayag ni Mary.

MARY’S FILING OF REPLY-AFFIDAVIT.

“I was really young at that time. It was really more like he wanted to do it.

"I was curious. So, we did it, because he enjoyed it while having sex."

Ilang beses silang gumamit ng ecstasy?

Sagot ni Mary, “I don’t really recall how many times we did it. But we did it more than once.”

Sabi ni Mary ukol dito, “I am standing by all the statements that is stated in my affidavit, yes.”

SON’S DISLIKE OF DEREK’S ABUSE AGAINST MARY.

Buwelta naman ni Mary hinggil dito, “Maybe that’s easy to say if the kid was five or three or two [years old].

“But you know, he’s 11. Kids nowadays are smart.

“He wanted to write that letter to express his feelings towards what’s happening and he’s tired of it.

"He doesn’t want his mom to be bullied.

“He even cried in there [at the fiscal’s office last September 18] because he told Derek, ‘I can’t stand what you’re doing to my mom.’”

“How does he want to be a good father to the boy if he doesn’t ever admit the fact that he has a kid until I sued him?

“And the fact that we decided to come to a settlement or even agree on something when they violated that again.

“So, no, he’s not looking for the welfare of the child, only for the welfare of his career.

“And that makes me angry, and now I will fight it.”

“Yeah, there’s a positive development with my communication with Derek.

“It means that we haven’t really spoken in ten years the way we did in that room for two hours.

“But you know, at the end of the day, he is still trying to defend what he did wrong.

“And my defense is you can’t hide from the fact that you lied that you had a wife and a kid for so many years.

“And enough with the tears. Enough with the drama.

"Because at the end of the day, no one else that suffers more from this than your son," saad ni Mary.
