Hindi naman ito pinalampas ng kinabibilangang talent agency ni Han So Hee.
Nitong Lunes, March 18, naglabas ng statement ang 9ato Entertainment para kondenahin ang mga nagpapakalat ng malisyosong impormasyon tungkol kay Han So Hee.
Anila, bunsod ng hindi mahintong pambabatikos ay naaapektuhan na ang aktres kaya nagdesisyon na silang gumawa ng legal na hakbang para matigil ito.

Mababasa sa kanilang statement (ayon sa English translation ng Soompi.com):

"Han So Hee feels gratitude for the public’s attention that comes with her job as an actress, and she has worked to give back for the love and support of many people.
"However, being a human before being an actress, she is experiencing a very difficult time emotionally due to speculative posts and malicious comments that are being written indiscriminately."
