South Korean actor Lee Yi Kyung, 36, is facing serious allegations of sexual misconduct after screenshots of alleged private conversations between him and an unnamed woman surfaced online.
On Monday, October 20, 2025, an alleged victim uploaded a blog post titled “Exposing the Real Lee Yi Kyung,” sharing screenshots of what appeared to be private conversations with the actor.

The messages reportedly showed Lee Yi Kyung making sexually suggestive remarks toward the alleged victim during their exchanges.
In one conversation, the actor allegedly mentioned sexual acts involving multiple men, repeatedly demanded sexual photos, and insulted the alleged victim when she refused to comply.

The alleged victim also claimed that the actor persistently asked her to send nude or explicit images despite her clear refusals.
The accuser wrote in the viral post: “If you look at the evidence, it might seem like I allowed everything to happen, but I hope people understand that it wasn’t a serious situation and that it was acting.”

The post quickly drew attention from netizens, with many expressing shock and anger over the allegations.
Lee Yi Kyung’s Agency Warns of Legal Action Following Lewd Chat Allegations
Following the controversy, Lee Yi Kyung’s agency, Sangyoung ENT, released a statement announcing that they would pursue legal action against individuals spreading false and malicious information about the actor.
The agency said in a statement translated by entertainment site Soompi.com: “We are currently preparing legal action in response to the spread of false information and malicious rumors that have recently been posted and circulated across online communities and social media platforms.
"Given the seriousness of the situation, we will assess the extent of both direct and indirect damages caused by the dissemination of false information and take all necessary legal measures accordingly.
"Please note that both the creation and reckless distribution of such content are subject to legal action. We ask for your caution to prevent any unnecessary harm from arising."

Sangyoung ENT also added that they will continue monitoring the situation with the help of fans and "will do their utmost to protect their artist."
Lee Yi Kyung, known for his roles in popular dramas such as Descendants of the Sun (2016), Welcome to Waikiki (2018), My Dearest (2023), and Marry My Husband (2024), has not yet personally commented on the allegations.
