Eat Bulaga!, the longest-running noontime show in the Philippines, has had its share of celebrated departures among the hosts the show has made famous.
Since its inception in 1979, Eat Bulaga! has given birth to iconic segments and discovered new talents through its contests.
Popular celebrities and new faces were also given the chance to become part of the Dabarkads or the Eat Bulaga! family of hosts headed by Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon.
And in its 42-year run, viewers of the noontime show have seen a succession of program hosts come and go.
Some have stayed with the show for the longest time and are still around, and there were those who left what with one thing or another, such as a better offer elsewhere.
And there were those whose stints in Eat Bulaga! ended unceremoniously, such as a host suddenly not being seen again in the show and was revealed to have been dismissed.
