Kapuso stars Mark Herras, 34, and Nicole Donesa, 27, are now married.
On Sunday, September 19, 2021, the couple took to social media to announce that they have already tied the knot in a simple civil wedding ceremony.
Mark and Nicole's wedding was held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at exactly 8 a.m., in Quezon City Hall.
Their wedding was officiated by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte.

Nicole wrote in her post, "We tied the knot [heart and infinity emoji] on Mama Mary’s birthday…"
For his part, Mark wrote, "Got married [red, yellow, and green heart emojis] Hi Mrs. Herras"
CIVIL WEDDING
The bride and groom also vlogged about the intimate occasion on Mark's YouTube channel
In the video, Nicole revealed, "We're really happy with the simple celebration we did. Kaya kami nagpa-civil wedding na with Mayor Belmonte and our ninongs and ninangs is because we wanted to be legal na."
Mark added, "So legal na kaming mag-asawa talaga."
The wedding—which only had five guests, in which two pairs stood as witnesses/wedding godparents—was a last-minute decision.
The couple approached Mayor Joy to officiate it two days before the ceremony.
Nicole said, "Sobrang last minute yung pag-aayos ng lahat. Walang kahirap-hirap yung nangyari. Talagang gusto ni Mama Mary na ikasal tayo."
The couple initially wanted a bigger wedding with their closest friends and families in attendance.
Nicole explained, "Dahil sa pandemic ngayon, hindi pa talaga kasi makapag-wedding na yung gusto namin, yung carefully planned out.
"Present yung mga kamag-anak and mga close friends."
Mark added, "Dahil sa pandemic, hindi pa siya puwedeng ayusin. Kasi kung ipilit namin yung church wedding, marami rin di makakapunta."
Nicole and Mark are saving the bigger celebration for later, and they are hoping their loved-ones—most especially Nicole's parents, who are currently based in the U.S.—will be there to witness it.
Nicole said, "Nasa States kasi silang lahat... We're saving the big celebration for the church wedding. We just don't know when pa yun."
Mark threw in, "Hopefully soon, sana matapos na yung nangyayaring pandemic para maayos na natin."

MARK AND NICOLE'S RELATIONSHIP
Mark and Nicole officially became a couple in 2019.
They got to know each other while working in the Kapuso drama series Bihag, which aired from April to August 2019.
In June 2020, the two took to social media to announce their engagement.
In September 2020, Nicole revealed on Instagram that she is expecting her first child with Mark.
