It took Alex Gonzaga years of thinking about a nose job before she finally got it done.
The actress-host posted photos on Instagram on Friday, December 15, 2023, flaunting her newly enhanced nose.
She wrote: "I say do what makes you happy! After so many years of contemplating, last month I finally decided to do it. Wala ng nakapigil. Now you nose!"

In another post, Alex captioned her post with the words: "Magpaganda ka habang wala sa bahay asawa mo.. pagbalik nya tapos nagtaka sya saka mo sabihin 'ako lang to' [LOL emoji]"

The photos in her second post showed a full body shot of Alex wearing an all-black get-up and with her thinner, more pointed nose.

Celebrity friends of Alex praised her new look, with Pauleen Luna commenting, "Ganda mo."
Content creator Zeinab Harake remarked, "Ganda ganda mo lalo."

Broadcast journalist Karen Davila quipped, reacting to Alex's caption in her second post, "Haha you're the best [heart emoji] looks good!"
One of Alex's followers, meanwhile, said, "Maganda ka na nga lalo pa gumanda. Ano na lang papel naming mga di kagandahan? Mananakot na lang kami?"
Alex's honesty in admitting to undergoing this cosmetic procedure also gained admiration from some.
"Love it!" exclaimed a follower before adding, "Honesty is the best policy hahahahaa!"

Others, meanwhile, were not sure whether to take the revelation seriously or not owing to Alex's reputation as a jokester.
"Minsan nag ddoubt ako sa post nya [LOL emoji] baka is a prank lagi [LOL emoji]," commented a follower.
However, some disliked Alex's new look, saying they really preferred her facial features pre-nose procedure.

As expected, Alex's followers came to her defense.
"Rhinoplasty or any enhancement is the new norm… let’s embrace it. At wag na kayong mag comment naging kamukha si ganyan si ganun kase retokada din sya, mga inggeterang walang pang retoke!" lashed one netizen.
