Controversial actor Rob Gomez uploaded photos on Instagram, providing a glimpse into his daughter Amelia's baptism.
The ceremony took place on a Sunday, December 17, 2023, as revealed in the accompanying caption.
Amelia's mother, beauty queen Shaila Rebortera, was present and was seen in the photos together with Rob.
"I love you 3000. TYG," Rob wrote in his post published today, December 25, 2023.

Rob and Shaila seemed to be getting along based on the pictures shared by the Kapuso actor.
One moment captured by the camera shows Shaila and Rob sharing a laugh while glancing at what looks like a church pamphlet.

Rob became a trending topic on December 20, 2023 — only a few days since his daughter's baptism — after private messages allegedly from the actor were leaked online.
Netizens feasted on the leaked conversations purportedly between Rob and beauty queens Herlene Budol and Bianca Manalo.
The three were co-stars in the afternoon drama series, Magandang Dilag, aired on GMA Network from June to November of this year.
Many were intrigued by the intimate, some might say frisky, nature of the dialogues exchanged as seen on the screenshots disseminated on the internet.
Rob told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in a statement that his phone "was taken and used" without his consent on December 20, 2023, from 12:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Fingers pointed to Shaila as the person who leaked the private messages from Rob's phone.
Rob further stated, “Worse is that the person who took my phone posted pictures of mine in my own social media account pretending that I posted it with the intention of destroying my reputation."
Herlene and Bianca have come out to deny that they were having an affair with the Kapuso actor.

Rob's relationship with Shaila had gone downhill after the former went on national television on August 3, 2023, to declare that he was "single."
Shaila retaliated by revealing on social media the next day that Rob has an infant daughter with her by posting pictures on Instagram.
PEP.ph also gathered that Shaila and Rob were still together at the time of Rob's guesting in Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.
On August 7, 2023, Shaila posted on IG Story photos showing bruises on her body, giving the impression that she was physically harmed.
Shaila's post came with the quotes: “It’s just social media," “I’m just protecting my career" and “Let the show stay number one."
She tagged Rob in her post, leading to speculations that Shaila's post was for Rob and that the actor assaulted the Cebuana beauty queen.
On August 27, 2023, Rob posted for the first time photos of Shaila and their daughter, implying that he was trying to win them back.
"I now understand why distance is the hardest thing to give family," Rob wrote.
"This is my why, my princess, my queen, my sunshine and my world.
"My choice every day, in this lifetime and the next."

This was followed by another Instagram post on September 6, 2023, where Rob openly apologized to Shaila and promised "I will never hurt you again."
